At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Edit: after posting my 1 star review (which was 3 days after the original emails), I was called immediately and told there is no office and no way to show my ID other than to upload a picture of it online. While the person I spoke with was nice, there was no solution. If you want to view one of their listings you have to put your private info online, unfortunately. I recently had my identity compromised and am extra careful now about what I put online. While I completely understand that management companies need to vet the people viewing their properties, not being able to have an in-person option makes me uncomfortable, personally.
