Store was empty and he was just standing behind the counter so not sure that that was about. Grabbed my slurpee and asked for a hotdog, more sighs and an eye roll ( he has to be at least 50?!) And then overcharged me, I caught it and corrected him. He threw my change on the counter and walked away. Just an ass from start to finish. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but my husband had a similar experience about a month ago.

was accused of shop lifting because I went out to my truck to grab a reusable slurpee cup, I first…read morewalked into the store to grab a can of spray deodorant that I was going to purchase (which I ended up being forced to buy ) I then decided to purchase a slurpee but I forgot my reusable cup in the cup holder of my truck so I set the can of deodorant down by the slurpee machine as I'm exiting the store to go grab the slurpee cup I'm called a thief very loudly and to not go anywhere because Im stealing I then told him that I was simply going to grab my cup and the deodorant was right next to slurpee machine only for him to continue to badger me saying Im a thief and that he's calling the cops. At this point I lost it. I let him have it and some proving everything that I was not stealing . I'm a US Marine Corps Veteran I don't steal and will not tolerate being accused and embarrassed of something I did not do. He then refused to give me the number of who or what to call for a formal complaint. This was around 0500-0515 pm on June 18th of 2026. do not shop here they do not respect Veterans or probably anyone. He was a taller mid 30s male probably from india or Pakistan. I really would like to know what this store is going to do to make this right, my friends and I fought and died for this guy to come into this country to come around and falsely accuse everyone of stealing Simply unacceptable behavior and definitely will be hearing from, a lawyer for defamation of character and causing emotional distress

Then he kept clearing the screen where you can put in your phone number until he noticed I was waiting for him to stop his nonsense. He was too much into his phone than wanting to deal with me, which is sad because I was at another 7-11 location earlier this morning and had phenomenal service at the other location. Everything in this store is run down and old, with no care to clean or keep coffee fresh as even though I was going to buy coffee it was old and burnt because I could smell it was. This will not be a location I return to, customer service is key and treating others right is best. If this is a franchised location the 7-11headquarters should keep their eyes on cruddy stores like this. I'm sorry but I was made to feel like I was not wanted there, and it wasn't just about the coffee. Do better at this location please, customers deserve niceness if they put that out!

I was in a total…read morerage before because they were so incredibly screwed up and had a staff that was complete lack of knowledge and they just didn't have enough people. My experience the last 6 to 8 weeks has been a little different. We are still trying to fix the MESS of my prescriptions being out of whack and somehow there dates got messed up BUT besides that. They have newer staff, new pharmacist, etc and they are ON IT. If you leave them a message, they actually really DO call you back . And the new pharmacist there, I forgot his name, but he is really amazing and goes above and beyond to try to figure out your situation and get it fixed. I can't imagine being a new pharmacist and having to fix that mess over there but he's doing a really good job. Anyway, thought I'd let you all know. It's a different experience when you go in there. THANK GODDD! And Thank you CVS for hearing our complaints and actually FIXING the situation and getting more staff in there!! Much better experience. Oh- I almost forgot - the new staff there are VERY kind. Not like some of the past employees who would probably get fired from polishing ROCKS- because their attitude was so bad! Thank God that one didn't last very long. ( and I'm NOT talking about the previous pharmacist- she was great) Anyway Hope this helps just ONE person if ur trying to figure out whether to go there or not.

For example; yesterday I visited the store to purchase a 12 pack of Rolling Rock beer. As I grabbed it from the cooler I noticed that there's no price on most of the beers. I brought it to the counter and asked the female cashier what's the price and she replied $23. I said I think I will pass. As I brought the beer back to the cooler she said and I quote; we have the lowest beer prices out of any convenience store in town. I kept myself from calling BS as I drove to the Barton Store and I purchased the same product for less than $13. I understand that small businesses are struggling, but this is highway robbery. It's mind boggling to me that this place is still open for business. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you want to save a large portion of your disposable income.
