They state the date of discovery of this was on 12/04/2012. The letter was dated 12/17/2012. Instead of getting on the phone to call their customers, warning them of the fraud, they wrote a letter. We of course, didn't go to the mailbox until almost a week after it was mailed. We checked our CC statement, and indeed, we had been one of the victims. I consider the way they handled this situation to be problematic. There should have been phone calls made, and not an un-timely letter sent. If there is another occurance of this, we will have no choice but to stop shopping there.

It all started long ago, and I realized that nobody made their gyro fresh. I saw the box googled it, saw that US foods carried it, and then realized they carried the bread. the sauce and everything. Fast forward I'm eating some of these restaurants that I was paying way too much for at home and having the kids and family would be happy. Sometimes you just need 50 pound bags of flour. Sometimes you need things that you don't want shipped sometimes I need a gallon of my favorite soy sauce because I'm a creature of habit and this is my go to place for that. When pregnancy cravings KILL!!!…read more As first-time customers, we weren't sure how it all worked at first. While standing in line, we browsed the digital menu behind the counter. We knew what we'd come for (lobstah!), and assumed we'd order once we made it up to the counter. However, as we waited our turn, one of the employees started shouting at us from behind a cooler. Between the distance, white noise and a slight language barrier, we weren't sure why we were being yelled at. Eventually the woman at the register clarified what we needed: one Maine lobster. How many lbs? We said two. The woman who had shouted at us confirmed our order from her co-worker, and returned with two, 2-lb Maine lobsters: a slight miscommunication. She reached into the bag, grabbed the luckier of the two, and put him back in the tank. The less fortunate one returned home with us, to satisfy my wife's pregnancy cravings! The employees could be a bit friendlier, but the seafood couldn't be much fresher!
