Regardless of the reasoning, he refused to honor the listed shelf price and simply said, "It happens, it's not our fault." Actually, it is your fault . If you own and operate a business, accurate pricing falls on you. Customers should not have to double-check whether shelf prices are correct every time they shop. We ended up returning the item and bought the exact same part at the local auto parts store for significantly less. Just a heads up for anyone shopping there: pay attention to what rings up at checkout.

Despite the relatively small (compared to big box stores) footprint, I have always found what I have needed here, whether it be stovepipe, coolers, shovels, fishing gear, etc. This place has a really good feel to it. Although there is no parking on Main Street (Highway 21), there is parking next to the building, as well as in a lot just to the east, across the street.

Very poor quality. I'm surprised you're still in business. Go some other place where they guarantee their plants are alive. They want your money ahead of time, but when they ship the trees out in the spring, they arrive dead and they will not return your phone calls when you try to get a hold of them. Save your money go some other place we can get at least one year guarantee.

I picked up my trees and they had them ready and loaded them into my van for me. When I went to plant them I found out I was short a few trees. I called them Monday and left a message and received a call back within a half hour. When I explained that I was short some trees they asked if I wanted to pick up my missing trees or should they ship them to me. I didn't want to make the drive again so they shipped the trees to me at their expense and they arrived in a couple of days. They not only sent me the trees I was missing but sent me extras trees to make up for their mistake. I couldn't have asked for better customer service they were pleasant helpful and quick to fix my problem and the trees were top notch. I will be ordering from them again.
