For the past 10 years my entire family has been going to Plainvile dental care. Their doctors and staff have always been accommodating. A doctor calling me and my family to follow up on our dental or medical visit had never happened until we started going to this office. Our experience has always been a positive one considering that we are not a fan of dentists or doctors. I can understand that people would get upset over paying their share of insurance copay, or not receiving narcotic pain medication,....I have been in health care myself and had patients complained about the quality of care when our doctors refused to give them narcotic pain medication. The negative comments that I read about plainville dental people reminded me of my experience with patients in our medical clinic where I used to work, complaining about the quality of care when they were really angry because they either did not want to pay their share of insurance or they really wanted narcotic pain stuff. I have been going to Plainville Dental care for over a year, after they replaced my front tooth with a dental implant. I knew nothing about how any of this would work, however Dr. Beigi and his staffed explained the entire process to me, also taking the time to answer any questions that I had after the fact. Their staff was amazing at keeping me informed throughout the entire process with what was happening next. Dr. Beigi, called me two hours after I got home to make sure I was doing ok and if I needed anything. From that experience on, I now go there for ALL dental needs. Cleanings are done by their staff, they are all very polite, and if you are nervous about going to the dentist office like I am, there are very patient with you and will answer any questions you have and walk you through everything. Appointments are super easy to make, and they take you on time. They treat you like you are the first patient of the day no matter when your appointment is. Highly recommend going there. read more

If I could rate them higher than 5 star I would!! I had an emergency root canal on a front tooth. When I found out I needed to have it immediately I was concerned that the dentist wouldn't match it with my front teeth. I called Plainville Dental and they were able to get me in next day. Because I had my trip coming up, their specialist dentist performed the root canal and had me see the other doctor afterwards. Result.... I had a total of one hour with my newly canal'ed tooth and my new smile. Dr Nina Literally spent 1hr getting my temps in so I could feel comfortable with pictures on my trip. Seriously the best experience I've ever had. The Dr's were very knowledgeable in their trade, walked me through everything, and were set on perfection. Going to the dentist is not easy. Specially when you are afraid of dentists all your life and have neglected your teeth due to finances and fear. This was my case until I started going to the Plainville Dental care. After 2 years of a comprehensive dental care and commitment on my part I can frankly say that my smile is my best asset. I had not seen a dentist in two years because of the pandemic. My delta dental insurance was active and I went in for a cleaning. two years ago i was told by my other dentist that I needed some fillings and a root canal. their hygienist Kirsten who cleaned my teeth was very professional. she used their TV to show me my cavities which I knew about, and explained the root canal process. I told her that I had a root canal about 10 years ago and the tooth broke. She explained to me that a root canal tooth would need a crown otherwise it would break, and she called it the standard of care, it made sense since I had lost a tooth after root canal because it never got a crown. overall I would call them a five star dental office. my prescriptions for fluoride and mouth rinse were called in next door at walgreens and I was very happy., thank you plainville dentists. read more

My daughter was experiencing tooth ache. I called our family dentist. The answering service said someone will call you back. Two hours later still no calls from our dentist of 15 years. My daughter was in agony. I called 4-5 other offices. All the sudden as I was calling another office, a call came through. I answered and the person said he was returning my call. I told him what the problem was and he instructed me what to do over the phone since it was 11:30 pm. Next day I got another call from the same person and I found out that he was one of the doctors. I was very impressed that he called to check upon my daughter. He told me that if our dentist has any questions our dentist can call him. This was unbelievable. I read the negative reviews and realized it was all about people who complained about money. I understand that copays for dental insurances are high but dentist office has nothing to do with one's insurance. I am in insurance business and I can totally understand. My copay was $480 and that was what my insurance wanted me to pay. It's sad that good doctors can be given a bad reputation because a patient is not happy about his or her copay that their insurance company wants them to pay. I cracked a tooth and wasn't even a patient, but they got me in within an hour and had me fixed up until I could schedule the root canal I'd been putting off for a year and a half! I had a great fear of dentists. I have not seen one in a long time. I knew it was time to go in. Getting older I knew something needed to be done. I decided to make an appointment and forced myself to go in. I met one of the technicians who cleaned my teeth and took X-rays. Kirstin cleaned and examined my teeth. For the first time in my life the experience was painless. One of the doctors met me. I was under the impression they all needed to come out. Dr Baigee told me that not all of them needed to come out. We came up with a plan. Now six months later I have my smile. Today I went into Plainville Dental Care to have an extraction and bone graft. At this time I have been going through heartbreaking personal family illness.Dr.Beigi is not only an expert at his field ,he is kind and truly caring of his patients well-being ,his compassion is beyond anything I have had the honor to witness. Great customer service. The doctor I met was very nice. I highly recommend them! The doctor called me the same night to check up on me. I received an implant for a front tooth. I was told by other dentists that I would have to wear a flipper while my implant was healing and I would have to take it out and put it back in. I highly recommend Plainville Dental, Dr. Beigi, and all of his staff. I had a crown come out from a previous provider, they got me in that day, as an emergency patient, and I had a new temporary in about a half an hour. Within two weeks I had my second appointment for the permanent crown. I will no longer use any other dentist. They also have night and Saturday appointments available so you don't have to miss any work. read more
