When I called to inquire about Bartlett Towing's involvement with ICE the office personnel hung up on me twice and then logged my number rather than having a civil conversation. Then, when I left a review regarding my experience, Brandon, an employee, became angry and was very unprofessional, and ended up threatening me. This seems to be the order of business with this company. As I've seen, another threat has been made to someone who left a review that was not well received. Because of his threats, I found it necessary to copy Brandon's comments for my protection. His comments have since been removed. I guess this is how this company operates its business.
