I've been using the Canoga Park location for several years and find them fair and very competent. The techs listen and have diagnosed and cleaned up my desk top and laptop quickly and at fair prices. The $34.99 diagnostics is reasonable and always contact me before additional costs are accrued with various options.They know which security software works best on specific computers and do not try to upsell. The bottom line is I trust them and have never been disappointed. Whenever my computers get wacky, slow or not doing right, these are my go-to guys. An expensive advertising campaign is not necessary as customer satisfaction word-of-mouth is the best and I recommend them to friends. read more

I love this place. Come to chill during my free time, everyone is super cool and helpful. Everything is decently priced and it's just a nice atmosphere to be in. They have all the games I need and you can even come just to surf the web or do homework. They have a nice selection of garbage to eat for all your fat nerdy gamer needs which is perfect for me. They have parking in the back and it's usually never packed which is nice. It's a surprisingly clean place considering it's filled with gamers constantly coming and going. I've had to put up with crowds of screaming guys, the sketchy parking lot, and worst of all the most sickening bathroom I have ever stepped foot in. My experience wasn't so bad of course I was only there for like 10min or less. I had a login issue with my computer and thought maybe they could help me. It was a little confusing on where to go ask for help because they have a counter for food and a counter for computer assistance (at least that's what it looked like to me) anyway the man that help me was friendly, told him what was going on with my computer but he was helping others customers at the same time (awkward). He gave me the prices to fix my computer which I thought was a little extreme but I'm not a computer tech so what do I know right. I had gotten a replacement phone battery from them. A couple months later the battery bursts and cracks the phone screen and damages it all. When opened up the new battery i paid for ended up not being new at all. They use old batteries pulled from dead phones. When i looked at my receipt they put "not paid" on it. So it was a scam. hope you won't mess up other people phones too. One of the worst customer experience I've ever had. i came there to fix my charging port for my iPhone 7, i knew what is the problem already . i know phones and i know how they work. so i asked the guy to change my charging port and he told me that its $80. you know what? whatever, i know this part costs few bucks and a any dude that supposed to know how to open an iPhone should know how to replace it in 30 mins max. but i paid it cause i got work to do and i need my phone. i waited about an hour while the kid is half of the time texting on his phone and taking his time. finally he calls me . and starts to explain me that he replaced the port but the iPhone is still detecting the new port so it will turn off and on for the next hour. you know what? i can deal with that too. BUT, is been three hours and the phone is still turns off and on. and i need my phone, i got work, family and people that are looking for me. left my office again and headed back to the shop. they guy is looking at my phone like its an alien and asking the manager / owner what to do, the owner seems pretty cunfused and told the guy to refund me. well thats f*cking great now you messed up my phone and and running away from the responsibility . they didn't care at all and said they never had it before. well guess what. i went back home and googled "how to fix iPhone that turns off and on" and it took me 3 minutes to fix it. maybe you should try using google too. seems like those guys are super unprofessional and the customer service there is very disappointing . they actually offer free stuff for people to write a good review. but heres the truth so thanks for wasting my day and my money. hope you won't mess up other people phones. read more

This guy just doesn't care about anything, especially the customer. I don't know how he stays in buisness. Much of the equipment is seriously outdated or has some issues. If not then the keyboard is covered in cheezy poof goop, and the tables are sticky. The staff are rude, and there is no bathroom. You have to pay for every little thing. That would be tolerable, but then I got screwed when I needed to burn a CD. His staff are suppose to help you and he often CHARGES for that help, but they seem to have no clue what they are doing. I lost a ton of data and then the guy had the gall to basically tell me too bad, it's not his problem, he takes no responsibility- even though he charges $2 JUST TO BURN A CD and a member of his staff is the one who burned the CD. I also told them I wanted to add data, and important data was on the disk BEFORE they burned it. After it burned right away I noticed something was wrong, and the staff member just looked at me, like who cares, and then smiled, like oops, Ha Ha your data is gone! I don't think they liked the idea of me asking for help even though the CD burner is confusing. The owner said he was being so courteous by doing nothing for me except show me a software program that I can buy for $40, not calling me when his staff said he would, and just giving me the runaround. I'm not going to download the software, nor am I going to pay hundreds of dollars to get my data back. I'm just going to keep looking around until I find a way to get my data back for free. It's a CD-R, afterall, it can't be that hard. So as a warning to you: stay away from this place. I also wouldn't even think about bringing a computer to repair here either if he can't even correct a simple mistake his staff made, and gives people who have issues the run around. read more

They have a great selection of PC games. Fair assortment of snacks and beverages. The place could be lit better (darker) in my opinion. They are good about comping you for any problems that might occur. Most of the guys that work here are chill and laid back...except sam (samir)...hes a douche. Seems the owner has given up on this place. I have experienced much better. Not sure if they have upgraded the computers or not, but there are still many with 2GB RAM specs. I came back after a long hiatus to only dread spending the money for the time to play on computers here. Big waste of time that I could of used to advance my characters online! Big TVs as monitors is appealing to anyone, even me. I should of stuck with my laptop and stayed home. On a game that requires only 64MB to play on, I was getting 15 FPS while others were getting over 119 FPS on their games. No help from Staff whatsoever. I can't rate the technical repair service for most part because I'm knowledgeable in that field alone, but I think I'll be sticking to my home laptop for now on. read more

I came in with my laptop not working and though i would stop by planet cyber since before i had brought my other computer with a virus and they did excellent. On the other hand this time was not what I expected. When I got my computer I had paid for my documents to come back and I found my computer to not have any of my microsoft programs I had. I also turned in my laptop with Windows 10 and when I recieved it it has now Windows 8. And lastly I had to call to see if the computer was ready they didnt even call me.
