He was incredibly responsive on Yelp messages, phone calls, and texts. Unlike most shops, Victor doesn't charge for a diagnostic. He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my laptop and even ordered another separate power brick (on his own dime) just to see if it was that. He found the problem, called the manufacturer for the replacement part and gave a fair price for the part + labor. I ultimately did not go through with the repair as I decided to buy a PC. When I went to pick up my laptop I asked what I owed and Victor said everything was complimentary. Now that is top tier service right there.
