Got an attitude and cancelled my membership. All because I asked to use a feature I was already paying for. The GM Mitch needs to reconsider this guy as a sales rep cause he just lost the gym stable income over a question Of a paying customer wanting to use a feature they already paid for.

I have been attending Water Aerobics classes, Cardio Barre, Gentle Stretch Yoga, Flow and Deep Stretch Yoga, RIP and Restorative Yoga for over three years at this center. So I think I am qualified to mention a few things from my experience. Village Fitness is very fortunate to have a dedicated group of fully trained and certified instructors. I have to mention a few ladies by name - Katie, Patty, Frere, Dolorita and Sydnee and give them the credit and kudos they all deserve. They all conduct fun, beneficial and worthwhile classes. I also have to give high praise to MaryBeth, the Front Desk Manager. She is the type of employee every business needs at their front office to greet and know all the members by name and the classes they attend. Mary Beth keeps everything at the Fitness Center running smoothly, keeps everyone in fresh clean towels, keeps the ladies changing room stocked and spotless and handles complaints and problems with a big smile that we all see each time we check in. She follows through on your concerns and gets back with an answer. Good Job MaryBeth! I hope management knows and appreciates their staff. Having MaryBeth or one of the other smiling faces greeting me by name early in the morning as I enter the facility makes a difference. And I see how a great staff encourages members to attend more regularly.

First of all, you don't just drive up to the place. There is a security guard at the entrance of the neighborhood. They make sure you are supposed to be there and then give you a temporary pass for where you should be headed. That said, once you're in you can drive around and check out the beautiful homes. But you will want to hurry and make your way to the Country Club. As you pull up, you will immediately think of antebellum homes in the deep south. The colossal columns, the broad entrance way, the detail to botancials around the building. It is the foreshadowing of what awaits inside. The carpet, the lighting, the crown molding on the interior might have you questioning how much the meal is going to be. Every team member is quick to ask if you need help with anything and have a historic knowledge of the Club and the course. My meal of salad with lightly fried chicken tenders, boiled asparagus, and housemade churros and ice cream made me wish I could order an entire second round. The owner and gym staff were welcoming and helpful making me feel at home in no time. I have limited use of my left arm so I wanted to use weight machines that would strengthen my arm and increase my arm mobility. The owner Cody was quick to show me some great weight machines to build my arm strength. It was great and exactly what I was aiming for. The gym is clean and the equipment is well maintained. Its not the biggest gym in Aiken but it has all the exercise and weight machines that one could. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone who has fitness goals. Big or small this gym is a place to meet your goals and the welcoming staff will help you get there.
