However, once I get there, they tell me that their location "doesn't do guest passes" and that they have been trying to get their locations customers removed from those emails. However, I drove 20 minutes there with the impression that I wouldn't have to pay for the day, since that's exactly what the company's email told me. They weren't able to offer any sort of assistance/ discounts when I respectfully explained my frustration with the situation. They were not rude, but definitely not accommodating or running at the professional level that their location should. Also, $25 for a day pass at this location seems a bit far fetched. The facilities are pretty good though! I was considering getting a summer pass, however, that interaction sort of left a bad taste in my mouth.

As much as I hated to do so, I couldn't take the chance the 10 cancellations would turn to 15, then to 20. Just too much money to take the chance. I started to feel like they were running a racket. Train one day, then cancel, promises to fix and make up, cancel again. Then for me to cancel the contract, Retro and their billing department say they have nothing to do with the trainer... but the trainer and all the billing goes through Retro???? Made no sense. Still waiting to hear if I will get a refund, but anyone interested in signing up for training, beware!

Just stopped in today (10/12/21) for an intro to Pilates Reformer class. Met Lori, the owner and…read moreour instructor for the day. It was myself and one other contestant. Space was immaculately clean, modern/sleek look. Lori has 6 Reformer boards so the class even when fullI imagine is still personal. Intro class was a half hour to get one used to the feel of the board, as well as using it without damaging yourself or the equipment. It was surprisingly different and FUN. TOUGH, YES absolutely but it also didn't feel like I was there for 30 minutes. I'm anticipating tomorrow hating myself for it, but not before I committed to a 6 week package to make sure it is right for me. DEFINITELY low impact but a very good/challenging workout too!!!!!
