There is a women who routinely is sick blowing her nose everytime I come to the gym she is here. She not only is sick on the stairmaster blowing her nose where her snot is landing on my arm she leaves the dirty snot rag in the cup holder while she walks around and uses other equipment! She then returns to do more time on the stairs while blowing her nose and putting rags in cup holder. She should be staying home / throwing away snot rags. Maybe walking to the bathroom and not angling her body towards someone where her snot is going onto them while they are working out. I have seen other complaints about this women online and she is still here every day doing the same thing. Disgusting and disturbing not a clean environment. I rate this a 4.0. Staff is always nice and never gives a hard time. The outside looks very good and welcoming. All equipment is new and good, especially the treadmills cuz they have tvs. Pretty clean. Little small, but they have it organized well to fit equipment. I've been a regular here for a while and just today, an employee stopped me and said "I just want to thank you for being so nice and pleasant. We don't get a lot of that here so thank you." It really made my day. This employee also has a new drawing/piece of art up on the whiteboard every time they work and it makes me day. All gyms have weights and machines, but it's the little things that separate this place from the others. read more

I LOVE this gym. I'm also a member at a Boston Sports Club, and this spot has a much friendlier staff, better equipment, and has been honest and consistent with billing. I've never had a surprise increase or change in the amount for the three years I've been a member; definitely can't say the same for BSC. Finally, I love how welcoming this place is. I'm decently fit, but I hate gyms that make people feel pressured to look or act a certain way. This gym genuinely feels like a place where all are welcomed. Totally recommend it. read more

Would be 5 stars, but for one complaint: Am disappointed they covered the LifeFitness machine QR codes with codes for the useless PF app. Otherwise, great club, staff and members respectful, equipment in top condition, and CLEAN! The machines are as old as the hills. If you mention that one of them isn't working properly, it doesn't help. One of the machines people have reported still doesn't work properly after 3 months. There used to be a rule of "no phones" but people sit on a machine for a long time, fiddling with their phones. What I used to be able to get done on 60 minutes now takes much longer. read more

I frequent various PF locations from Maine to Delaware every week. Biddeford's PF is BY FAR the friendliest & cleanest gym I have ever been to. I love how the staff truly takes pride in their occupation--Their always doing something.. cleaning equipment, washing down cleaning stations, interacting with members, always with a smile. 10/10 A++ read more

Beautiful new gym- staff is awful. Never seem like they want to work or be there. You can't have anything on the floor (and they'll chase you down for it) but there's constantly cleaning equipment laying around. Forgetting to put time on tanning booths so you're left in the room calling the front desk (only to be hung up on). I guess if you're not looking to talk to anyone & want to save money this is a great way to do it. read more

I am 63 years old, I've been training for over 40 years and am a former New England champion bodybuilder. I've always brought a positive attitude to the gym and am always willing to help people, especially with business questions when frequently asked. My membership was recently cancelled by the management at the Biddeford facility for not wiping down the machines to their liking. Now that the magic wand has been waved and we are no longer required to wear masks and the CDC has announced many months ago that Covid is not transferred asymptomatically or through surface-to-surface transfer, this cancellation of my membership seems foolish. read more

This branch of planet fitness has the most impertinent staff ever. EVERYTIME I come in to work out their attitude is always the worst whether it being snippy, sarcastic or plain right disrespectful. I left the gym tonight in the worst attitude from one of the workers coming into the blackcard section saying that, "this is a warning we saw you on footage. If this happens again we're going to cancel your membership". This was all because I brought my guest into the tanning room while I was tanning even though she never set foot inside the tanning bed. I did not know this would've been a problem. We went to return the card and the women at the front desk didn't even answer my questions and asked rudely if we were the two people and just wrote our names down. You should really invest in some customer service skills so you know how to go about any problems:-) read more

The new gym space is nice but, the STAFF is terrible! They're rude and snippy...that's when they aren't ignoring people standing at the desk...get rid of them and it might be a decent place to be. Today there were no bathroom facilities available...they were telling everybody to go outside by the dumpster! Are you kidding? They attitude was awful and snippy as it is normally...this is against the State Health Code, they shouldn't be open and the owner should be firing these idiots! read more

The new building is great and it's nice to have a free weight/stretching area that is secluded from everything else! They also have two more rooms for cables and more machines! Everything is pretty clean as well! The bathrooms are nice too :) read more

I was in town visiting family and came here to inquire about day rates to see if I could fit in a workout. Since the monthly rates were only $10 per month, I figured it would be a great place to exercise for a few days. This was not the case! When I asked about the prices I was told that it was $20 for a day pass to work out! This came as a shock to me... even the daily rate at the most exclusive gyms do not have visitor fees as expensive as this location. Needless to say, I did not work out. read more

Very good gym. They keep it clean and have lots of equipment. Everyone is friendly. You can't beat the price. Great value.

Great place to work out. The review from Alexandra E. is unfair, she is complaining about day rates, and that's not under their control, that's nationally controlled. The $10/month rate includes a $39 start up fee and $39 annual fee. But, this gym is nice and well-kept, and that's what this review should be all about, not about cost for a day pass. $20 for a day pass is standard nation wide and I know since I do a great deal of traveling. This gym is clean and well maintained and has a great staff. read more

I am so glad I chose this gym! The staff are very supportive and are always available to answer questions. The trainer Peter has been absolutely amazing! I appreciate that he listens to what I want and need. He challenges me with my work out plan! It really is a judgement free zone! I am so glad that I am at the Biddeford planet fitness!
