Awesome gym, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and I literally always see them cleaning, keeping the facilities in tip top shape. Black Card Spa amenities rock, I love how PlanetFitness as a company supports the transgendered community. Definitely a queer friendly company. I feel safe there. read more

At first I thought that it was a nice gym to go to because of the price. I later realized that the staff stands around all day on their phones. When I went to cancel my membership, they said that there was a cancellation fee that was $58 that they failed to mention when I signed up. If I were you, I would look into a different gym. It isn't worth your money. read more

It's new, and it's clean for now. Employees are generally bitter, and the hours are terrrrrible. Planet fitness used to be open 24 hours a day. That's what made me and many others sign up. I went on the road recently and both the Binghamton location, and the Danbury, CT locations are open 24hrs during the week. Why this one would be any different is beside me. Considering switching to 24 hour Fitness down the road and suggesting it to other patrons here as well. read more

SCAMMERS! I was a huge fan when I was a part of this gym with the highest level card...After I decided I wasn't going to have much need and decided to downgrade, first of all was not told when downgrading that there was to be any change other than the pay each month, when in fact it added stipulations of a large cancellation fee if you do not stay a year (would have cancelled then had I known) Then randomly I get charged the $39 for the annual fee AGAIN for no reason, go through the biggest run around in the world to get my money back for that, decide to eat the fee i wasnt told about to cancel on the 31st of MAY and get charged $10 today 6-19-2022, I then called, a bit upset, not yelling, not freaking out but audibly upset, and while venting about dealing with this situation on Fathers Day of all days I get hung up on....... When I call back for the 7th time of a company letting the phone ring then hanging up again ( a manager apparently) He answers and explains that because I was venting instead of letting him explain he hung up on me, I had not even risen my voice. Was told the situation has been sent to corporate once again but I'm not holding my breath as the manager still couldnt assure me my cards were no longer on file.... SKIP THIS GYM Connor if you read this I would suggest customer service training sir. read more

Planet Fitness was founded in 1992, in Dover, NH. I can't believe I'm the first to review this place!…read more We have been excited to check out the new Motion Junction playground since before it was finished and open to the public. We heard that it was supposed to be fully inclusive, the first of its kind. So when we saw the sign for the grand opening ceremony, we knew we were going! The ceremony was really beautiful, and a lot more people attended than I expected. They told us the story of how the idea of this playground came to be, recognized everybody that helped and donated, and informed us that it would be finished in "phases". So it is not yet complete, even though the playground is ready be loved and enjoyed by all! I honestly can not tell you how much I love this playground. The ground is padded with soft, squishy material. (It won't hurt if you fall!) There are sidewalks and ramps everywhere. For kids there are monkey bars, balance platforms, bridges, slides, musical instruments, fully accessible swings, zip lines, and more! There is a giant smiley face "meet up" spot. There are buddy benches for kids that want to find a friend. There is a communication station for the nonverbal. Umbrellas and benches are strewn throughout, and heartwarming inclusive signs made by kids, for kids are hung around the outer fence. In the future they plan to put a building down with a proper entrance that has bathrooms and a concession stand. A friend of mine that uses a wheelchair was excited that she could finally swing with her daughter. This place is magic, guys. And it's not even finished. Super highly recommend a visit!
