I have been going for six months and I feel 5X stronger and the hip & knee pain that I've had for 25 years (and for which I've done my share of PT) has almost completely resolved. The monthly cost for group classes is right, given that if they were located in a big city they could probably charge that much for a single personal training session with kettlebells. The classes themselves are personalized as much as possible--I've been in classes with 20+ year-old guys trying to get jacked and 60+ year-old women working to regain their mobility--Kerry deftly manages to make sure we all get what we need. Morning classes tend to be older students; evening classes tend to be younger but I've not felt out of place in either (well, I once tried one of their kick boxing classes but that is NOT my thing! My fellow students seemed to enjoy it though). Kerry & Greg are certified through Strong First which is apparently a big deal. I commute about 15 minutes 2-3 times a week to get there (not something I've been wont to do in my life). I'm especially glad to be able to support a high-quality, local, and family-owned business rather than a big fitness chain.

After waiting months for the symptoms to "fade away" my ENT recommended I undergo a balance test and then recommended physical therapy for the BPPV. After a bit of searching for someone skilled with BPPV (Vestibular rehabilitation) I discovered Leah Valvo at Kulp Therapy in Victor NY and I'm so glad I did. Leah proved to be very knowledgeable and skilled regarding BPPV and my path to recovery and coming "out of the woods" was achieved. I can't say enough regarding her strategic thinking, patience in the process and commitment to my restoration. He has a summer job and we really wanted him to take the road test before July. The entire Canandaigua Driving School process was amazing. My son took his required 5 hour course in January (bonus, it was virtual). In May he started 1 hour driving lessons with Emily twice a week. Emily was an amazing coach to him. She was patient and friendly. Another bonus to the school is that they signed him up for his road test, picked him up 45 minutes before the test to practice and then took him to the lot to test. He passed! We weren't hopeful as the grapevine was that everyone fails in Canandaigua the first time. We are grateful for Canandaigua Driving School and the entire team from the 5hr course, lessons, flexibility with a couple changes to appointments, practice, exam, etc.
