The facility is very spacious. There's a main training area and then another smaller room with mats and workout equipment for other classes or free rolling. The place is also extremely clean and the vibe is great. If you've been to a martial arts academy with a bad vibe you will know what I mean, but this place is nothing but positive. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and got us situated with a 10 day trial and my friends with rental gi's. We were then greeted by the head coach John Ingallina who is the embodiment of a professional. He is extremely welcoming, kind, professional, and explained the whole Gracie Combatives system to us. During class he was great at explaining the techniques being taught, and made good work of going to each person and ensuring they did it right. As an out of towner I was completely welcomed by the staff and other class members. I 100% would recommend this, and have done so to my 2 friends who I am very close to.

After speaking with the coaches and hanging with the guys(rolling) I immediately knew this was a great fit for me. Very knowledgeable coaching and the family vibe I received was more than enough to make me feel comfortable, especially with a close combat sport as this. Soon enough I came to call everyone at flow my brothers and sisters. Never knew how much cardio and technique there was in BJJ. If you have a child looking for martial arts training or just some exercise to build confidence Dan's small class size and personality will get them strong, encouraged, empowered, and disciplined. Joining his classes is like joining his family. Dan told me a story once of a young boy who went home and practiced writing his name for hours so he could sign himself in better. And he goes well it's all about the kids blah blah blah. If it were about the kids you wouldn't exclude so many kids from hard working middle class families from participating. It's a shame because he really loved the instructor, but the rest of the employees are a bunch of shady salesmen praying on parents who love their kids trying to squeeze every nickel they can from them. They could be a real asset to the community if they didn't let their greed get in the way. I enrolled my 4 and 5-year-old daughters at Faust Karate, and they have been taking classes twice a…read moreweek for well over a year. Everything from the facility to the owner, teachers, staff, and other students is excellent! One of the first things one of the senseis asked my wife and I was: What things do your children need work on in their daily lives? Was it focus, fear, respect, athleticism, etc.. These things and more are taught to all the students (Along with Karate) when attending lessons at Faust. Side Note: I like how the Senseis rotate in and out when teaching the students. Hopefully, when we can afford it, my wife will also start training there.
