Just recently joined up at this location and went for my first workout on Sunday. Facility appeared clean, as I'm used to PF typically being. Staff was friendly and helpful, as I hadn't been a member for several years. Was busy enough for a Sunday morning but plenty of machines and no wait for any of them. People all seemed respectful of each other's space and wiped down the equipment after use. I got a good workout in and am feeling sore a couple days later still. This is my Goto place every morning Monday thru Friday. Always a friendly face at check in. I never wait for a machine , there about 50 treadmills ! Super clean, always someone cleaning, bathrooms, gym, all areas. Lockers available too. Sun beds, hydro massage available with membership. Free bagels and coffee once a month, and free pizza once a month, as customer appreciation. For $10 a month, you can't go wrong. Black card membership gets you the perks of tanning and hydro massage. Way cheaper than the YMCA, where I had gone for years. I don't regret the move at all. Long hours, so good for everyone early birds and the late nighters. Also nearby a bunch of new things being built, smoothie place and a bakery. Highly recommend planet fitness. read more

I have been a member of this franchise for over a decade and it is a great place to get your fitness fit .... they want an assurance they will get there due s . I don't appreciate how I was talked down too in the conversation or in person because my situation is unique. I will get my black card which gives me the ability to work out anywhere a planet fitness is.... Pros; Newer facility, tons of equipment, friendly staff, clean, central location, low membership prices, variety of equipment for all different kinds of fitness levels/needs/wants. Cons; Very crowded at peak times, limited equipment if into heavier weight resistance/training. read more

I really like the gym and the location. Weekend ours are terrible...I was under the impression that they were 24 hours 360 days...I'm an RN and working odd hours, so the hours of operation aren't good for me...that is only thing I'm disappointed with. read more

Was having issues upgrading my membership and the manager was out of town for the holidays. Instead of just relaying that the manager was out of town and going on about their business, Ryan and Mariah were absolutely awesome! They were super kind and patient with me and went above and beyond to figured out what the issue was, walked me through it step by step and let me know exactly what I needed to do in order to resolve the issue as soon as the manager returned. This PF is less than 3 miles from our home and we visited this location nearly twice a day on weekdays, cardio in the mornings and weight training in the afternoons since the gym opened in January 2019. Suddenly management started harassing us for bringing "personal equipment" Neck pad for squads, rubber bands and jump ropes. Additionally at the price of $10 it also attracts many people who just go to the gym to people watch, talk, and just simply disrupt the flow of anyone trying maximize the use of the time at the gym. Including an instance of aggressive advances. It's too bad but we had to cancel and go with a more expensive solution for our fitness needs read more

I joined prior to opening in January of 2019 and have been visiting 5-6 times per week since then. There are busy times when you have to wait for a machine (5-7 pm during the week). There are younger adults that sit on the machines on their phones and since they offer free workout to teens during the summer, the problem has become worse. Some of them are there to socialize, not workout too hard, but it's better than having them sit in front of an Xbox all summer. The gym is kept clean. The lobby floor is very slick when it becomes wet, so be careful. In the total body workout 30 minute room, people sometimes cut in and stay on a machine through several cycles, which obstructs the flow because I have to skip over them. Be prepared to clean your machines before and after as some people think they are too important to wipe down the machines after they use them. I can't remember the actual dress code, but there have been more women lately wearing sports bras without shirts. The employees are very friendly and always say hello and goodbye with a smile. You will see couples come in and workout together, as well as parents with their teenagers. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have the employees be a little more interactive on the floor with members. If they see someone not wiping down a machine, something should be said to them in my opinion. The same goes for not switching machines in the total body workout room or sitting on the machines while surfing the net or texting. I know how to use all of the machines, but some people don't and just stand there looking dumbfounded, which is when I will offer help. An employee could be walking around to offer help during busy times. Overall, I enjoy going and will continue my membership. read more
