Like working out there. Nice facility. Equipment good. Clean. Biggest concern. Too many people come there to text instead of working out. People just sit on busy machines and text for long periods of time. Act they are the only ones there. So absurd. So rude. A little common sense can go a long way. O2 has been my gym for 5+ years now and I can say that I'm pretty happy with it. It has up+to-date equipment, plenty of group classes, trainers, physical therapy, and a sauna(my favorite part!) which gives me all I need in a gym. The staff is pretty friendly and when I had a trainer, she was very skilled and professional. They are also pretty quick at repairing/replacing faulty equipment. Although, I will say that it was disappointing for them to remove the massage beds and leave the steam room broken(for years) after increasing rates. This doesn't bother me but some also complain that there isn't a pool available. O2 gives me what I need so I'm satisfied but they consider correcting the downsides that I mentioned. read more

Decided to try this location again. Several co workers and family members have memberships here. They said I had an unusual experience the first time. The cards area is good. Weight areas are spread out. So far people are friendly. I like the sauna. Steam room in not operating. I wish they had a pool and hot tub. read more

The Zumba class is very hot and the teacher should be allowed to open the doors or the gym should install better ventilation.

The staff has been respectful and the bathrooms are always clean. Never had any issues with not being able to use a machine bc of crowded which is nice. If a machine is broke they fix it pretty quick (usually within a week). read more

Had such high hopes for this new gym! Enjoyed the 21 day pass to get acquainted with the facilities. Here are my thoughts: 1) Love the sauna and the equipment. For the price, though, there's no pool--and the steam room is already out of commission. (The rep had no idea when it would be fixed.) Sauna is great. Was just about to try the classes when my pass was up. 2) Fees. It's not cheap and there were no incentives to join. At the end of the trial period, I was contacted by a rep who emailed a "join" link, with several options. 3) Prepare yourself. The options are not great. Still, I figured the 2 year membership for $79 month, a $45 registration fee, and the once a year extra $79 maintenance was doable. So I followed the email link...and it asked for a promo code! Whoo hoo! That's more like it--at least I would get some discount. Nope, when I contacted the rep for the code, no response. I sent another email asking for the promo code, no response. Here's a tip. Just remove the options, O2. A promo code--without qualification or explanation--which some enrollees get and others don't is not professional. So that's pretty much it folks. They don't need the customers. And also, if the vibe was good at the beginning, not so much now. read more

Where should I start? The good. Nice, large facility. Great equipment. The bad. Paying dues for amminities that are not repaired. The steam room in the men's locker room hasn't worked for over a year, close to 2 years. The showers have low water pressure. When they opened, we had towels provided, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Now we have no towel service. All in one soap in the showers. Management gives excuses and nothing gets repaired. read more

3 pairs of 12.5# in the entire gym. These weights are shared by the open gym, personal trainers and group fitness. Therefore, if you want a pair of 12.5#, you need to search for them.....or bring your own!!! Several of us have talked to the manager and after a year of asking, all we get is "I'm working on it". It takes over a year to order more weights? We have returned surveys, sent emails, etc. and no response. Come on, O2, I thought you were better than that. read more

Just joined and went for my first workout there. Very clean. I love they have a sauna, massage chairs and steam room. However, the cons are there is very little workout equipment. Some machines gyms need minimum 2 of. Like leg press or leg extension. I had to wait for these machines and it wasn't very busy. Also wish they made protein shakes. Not 24/7. The price is a bit high for all the cons. The last gym I was at I paid $40 a month and they had more equipment, 24/7 and a sauna in WS. If I would have signed up in High Point it would be $80. This is the best gym in High Point I've found but it has as many cons as it does pros. read more

Need a pool. Water aerobics is a great work out. Burn more calories. The gym is nice but a bit pricy.

The absolute worst ran gym Ive ever been to in my 48 years of working out. The problem started the 1st night I visited there and went down hill ever since. The unnamed young lady was so sweet to me. We spoke a bit and she was so nice I gave her a gentle hug because I'm a paw paw hugger. She complained and made up some ridiculous story to the owners. The very next day the owner called me and sent me an email? I was totally taken aback because when I met with the owner or owners they would not even listen to anything I attempted to tell them? Then the owner drug me in again said I yelled at a young lady? I said well yes I did. I was on the power plate and a young lady 36 walked in that my daughter went to school with. Now I've known this young woman since she was 4 years of age. What? Got drug in today again. The owner said 2 young men had to go to the ER last night with 1st degree in their lungs from my pouring water on the sauna coals. I attempted to explain to the owner that 1st I asked each individual person their permission to pour that water on the coals and every young man age 19 - 26 said SURE THAT SOUNDS WONDERFUL! I attempted to explain to the owner that each person said pouring the water was okay with them! If any one of those young men had said no, I would never had poured that water over them coals . Run away from that horribly ran gym! The owners should be worried about making sure the gym is making money, not worried about a nice guy who is just trying to work out! Craig Walser read more
