I go to Planet Fitness solely for their trainer, Mike M! He's the best! He knows how to push me without going overboard. I always get a great workout when he's my trainer. He has a large group of regulars and we love him. read more

I don't just love this location. It's cool they have tanning and the massage chairs and stuff. Usually the staff aren't super friendly. I hate that it's not open all night so that sucks for night shift people. The times they have for closing online seems to be different daily. Closing at 8pm is wild to me. There's usually a lot of kids in there. The gym is fine. But only fine lol. read more

It's just ok. They've gotten more and more new equipment. The employees are always nice But the hours are trash. Pay the two employees at night or make it cheaper you're only given half of the service ...there's no reason for it not to be 24/7 and the reason you stopped it from happening which was Covid. Upon entering the gym there was no one who greeted me until I said hello. there were 3 people behind the desk as one was on his cell phone. The paper towels dispensers were empty. treadmills really dirty and lots of trash all over the floor. I then went to the front desk to schedule a hydro message and the manager was at the desk but was writing on a book and didnt ask how can i help you? i ahd to ask if i sign in for a hyro message and then mumbled asked if I had used the machines before. i have in other clubs guess these were diffirent. I went back up to ask for a code she said rudely that why i asked you if you knew how to use them and then told me. I believe the proper way to respond was ma'am there is a blue button on the wall you just push that and it will bypass that screen. Enjoy! over all very smelly and dirty club. read more

Great place very clean, not crowded and as good as any planet fitness I've been to across the country.

I was going to reinstate my membership (2 year member before) but they wanted to charge me $50 ($39 online - WTF?!?) to sign up; although I had paid the annual fee prior to cancelling. $50 doesn't cover the annual fee as that's charged in April. I stated that 10 fitness has zero sign up; no annual fee; and no dues owed in April. Then asked are you sure you can't waive the $50? "No and I understand about 10fitness, you gotta do what you gotta do". I gave the guy 1 more chance, I'm here, right now, and my only sticking point is the $50 sign up fee, is there anyone you can call? "No, we can't waive the fee". Ok, have a great day! And I walked out. Looks like I'm going to take advantage of the 10fitness promo and save $54 yearly overall costs. Oh and 10fitness is closer to me also. Funny thing is that I'm in sales and I would die for a customer who came in ready to sign up and all I had to do is waive $50 to gain $160 or more based off loyalty. read more

8 months pregnant. Staying in town getting ready to have my baby. Decided to go for a walk on the treadmill. Get all kinds of sweaty and come to take a shower, only to find the water is ice cold and won't heat up. It's 10 o'clock at night and I'm not really trying to go home stinking. Currently sitting here with the water off trying to give it a chance to heat up, but not having any luck yet. This is crazy. At least the treadmill did its job read more

Sign up isn't what's advertised. They advertise $1 down and $22 a month with a $39 annual fee. At checkout $8 down $25 a month and $49 annual fee. smh read more

I have a white membership at my hometown planet fitness and tried to upgrade to a black membership at this location but for some odd reason they didn't let me and told me to drive 1 hour to my white card membership planet fitness. Idk why they wouldn't take my money when I was trying to upgrade. Not cool planet fitness. My response to the planet fitness customer service post- Well that's what I attempted to do but was told by the smart and competent manager that they only way to work out would be to pay the guest fee and was asked to leave. So I'm not really sure why you would tell me this when I just was told I cannot do this by a manager of the store. There was no miscommunication just a lazy manager. read more

My daughter joined while in college in Conway. She decided to move back to Arkadelphia in March of 2019, so she cancelled her membership. I happened to see a copy of her credit card statement earlier this year and saw we were still being billed from them. She called them in August to cancel again. Two months later I saw we were still being billed. I finally called and was told I can't cancel it because my daughter isn't a minor. The upshot is that my daughter has to call yet again to cancel. Because there is "no evidence that she called to cancel these other times," we will not be getting back any of the monthly fees they continued to charge even after cancellation. I try not to post bad reviews, but this really got to me. read more

They struggle too much with their billing monthly billing so it's a no go for me @ Planet Fitness & they've raised their prices.
