    I've only been to this location once, and a month prior to my annual registration, I figured it would be best just to cancel my membership. The customer service agent assured me that she would cancel my membership over the phone. A month later I was charged the annual registration fee, and was told that I needed to send in a letter in order to cancel my membership. I informed the manager of my the steps I took a month earlier and he assured me that if I contacted the regional director,Mike Rymsha, that he should issue me a refund. Mind you, the whole year I'm paying a monthly fee and only used their services once. Secondly, I spoke to the locations manager and sent Mike Rymsha an email the day I was charged the annual membership. He informed me that I needed proof in order to receive a refund. How does one provide proof of a phone call, especially after being assured everything would be taken care of? When was the last time anyone had to send written notification in order to unsubscribe from anything? I feel that Planet Fitness has set up policy in order to charge it's attendants, in hopes that their facilities aren't being used while making us take extra steps in order to cancel our memberships. I've never been so disgusted in a franchise as big as Planet Fitness, penny-pinching it's customers. Great job, especially during this pandemic!

    Missed a prepaid appointment and received a text for cancellation fee because my card would not go…read morethrough mind you I had a credit sufficient to cover the cancellation fee as well as an additional card on file. Which of course I brought to their attention. The only way to make appointments is online or thru their app which I am now mysteriously blocked.... The staff is unprofessional and responses slow to come if at all to text and email. Very unfortunate that this business operates this way. I paid a $250 yearly membership in January and should be able to access services thru December. I am requested a prorated refund since they have chosen to block me from services. The email response to my concerns was "you've gotten everything we've promised" a completely inappropriate response. Very disappointed, if Dr. Brown condones this behavior I'm very saddened. ADDENDUM- First and foremost were I drug-seeking would I have missed my appointment or asked for a refund. I received 28 phentermine pills on Sept. 08 and today Oct. 8 still has 10.5 pills remaining. I have an excess of the phentermine you prescribe because I DON'T take it daily!!! Would a pill seeker still have pills left over if they were merely concerned about taking DRUGS!!!! Furthermore making diagnostic allegations on an open forum is against HIPPA and is a fine incurring offence. It is unfortunate that you attempt to bully me by inappropriately describing the events that transpired. The bully is you and those condoning this behavior seen throughout threads where you attempt to demean long time patient's because you all have erred. You send me a text message stating I missed an appointment and my card didn't allow y'all to assess a $25 late fee when I have another card on file as well as a $40 credit. If you guys aren't a pill mill why are y'all letting patients pick up amphetamines without checking their vitals, COVID or not? The unprofessional text, emails, and responses are very unfortunate from a minority business I've utilized almost since the beginning. Care and integrity have declined. People can read through all the reviews and responses and see how inappropriate this business is with patients who have legitimate concerns. Please see the screenshots attached: $250 was paid in January for weight loss program membership and a fake so called annual exam that included no labs whatsoever. I can assure you once my complete experience is reported to the appropriate boards that monitor pill mills and diet clinics no matter how much money you all are making, things will change. Yes, I'm in the medical field and I can attest to the complete lack of professionalism dealing with problems created by the office, not the patient. Several reviewers have stated your business is unprofessional.... You claim your ratings are not relevant but being within the letter of the law isn't either I see. Using personal medical information see attached screenshots of patients who left you unsatisfactory experience reviews, to attack them is illegal. The Hippocratic oath and HIPPA have been violated. You all respond like thugs or the mafia. Good luck with this narcissistic method of handling issues. You speak to my repeated emails and texts, had someone with integrity responded stating my account was being researched instead of throwing that out in your response to this review it may be credible but since it was just a means to deflect the valid concerns I addressed in my review it is merely smoke and mirrors. It appears training on HIPPA, APPROPRIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE would benefit this practice. I greatly appreciate the response and have made sure to take screenshots to substantiate my complaint.     I am a longtime client who started going to the camp creek location in 2011. They have moved to…read morethis "we won't talk to anyone on the phone" approach in favor of client using the app only. But I had a question. I texted the number they gave as the only way to contact anyone and Hannah responded, but when I have her my name and number she ignored me. Over and over. I kept texting her and would not respond to me or my question. I texted from another number and she then responded to that text but not my original text. So it was clear she was ignoring me. It's very very very unprofessional. The approach to not have anyone talk to clients when scheduling anymore will drive this business into the ground. I am NEVER going back. I won't force a company with awful client service to take my money. Blame Hannah, if she is even a real person. She needs to be re-trained.
