The Staff: Incredibly welcoming, pleasant, and informative. The instructor was knowledgeable and very helpful with form. The Workout: A great full-body workout where the time just flew by. It was challenging but accessible--I was able to participate the entire time without needing to take a break. Monthly fee, fine I watched them at the front desk turn and lock the doors on a young lady who took an uber to the studio, wouldn't let her in. They tried to get me to "schedule a class" before my flight to Chicago, for when I returned... I specifically told them "i need to schedule on my own pace because my job requires frequent travel, and because I'm a resident of 2 states. I noticed the pressure to "schedule the class" Turns out they purposely do this in hopes you won't show up. Yes, they limit the drop ins. You must check in from the parking lot, Then a woman teaching with long braids really did it in for me. Taking her class was filthy, on the floor.i got up to get a map and she said I was interrupting the class. I never returned again. I was warned about this place, didn't listen. But some of the instructors were terrific. The problem is HOW they run this studio. I cannot support that. Especially policing and micromanaging the clientele. But thank you
