I feel challenged, but I'm never bored. Every class includes running, rowing, weightlifting, and stretching. The warmups and cooldowns are built in. In this way, Orangetheory is a "catered" experience, rather than "à la carte" experience. If all you care about is running a marathon, or if you want to strengthen your upper body but not your lower body, Orangetheory might not be the right gym for you. On the other hand, if you're like me, and you just want to improve your physical and mental health, without learning exactly how to do it, Orangetheory is perfect. Many years ago, while signing up for another gym, the sales staff asked me what I wanted to get out of my membership. "I just want to be healthier," I replied. They didn't know what to do with that answer. Laughing, they told me to be more specific. If you don't think that's a crazy thing to say--if you just want to be healthier, however it's achieved--Orangetheory is a great choice. Just show up and do what the coaches say. You'll leave with a great, full-body workout. I've visited many Orangetheory studios, but I'm leaving this review here, for Victor, my home studio, because it's my favorite by far. Everyone is so friendly, and the coaches are great. I especially love attending Grant's classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. He's a fun dude, and we happen to have similar tastes in music. Jenn is also super motivating and a skilled runner. Geoff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't complain about a single one of them. Give it a shot and see what you think. There are lots of promotions going on all the time, like free trial classes. You might find it really works for you.

I truly do feel the 'after burn' in the hour after the workout too because I'm starving and exhausted. They're challenging and always different which I love too. I never heard of a stretch studio let alone gone to one. When I first walked in I smelled a glorious lemon citrus, spa like smell (my favorite). Everything was very open, clean and pristine. All of the beds are out in the open so several people get stretched at the same time in the open. I liked this as opposed to behind closed doors so everyone saw everyone which was nice. You do this fully clothed and are allowed to wear whatever you want - I recommend wearing something lose, because you are being stretched and all! However, they do recommend wearing grip socks - I went in without knowing you needed grip socks and they were very nice and accommodating about it. I was embarrassed w because I was wearing the most stained socks I owned not thinking my foot would be in the Flex ologists face (oops). Savana was very nice about it and didn't say anything at all. Savana was awesome too, beyond her bubbly and friendly personality she was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer the thousand of questions I asked. She did an amazing job of asking what my goals were for my visit and then accommodated the 25-minute stretch to reflect what I was aiming for. She was able to loosen all my muscles (including muscles I didn't know I had). I left feeling taller and more aligned. Savana also gave me some at home stretches to do that will help me achieve my goals until I return again. I HIGHLY recommend anyone giving this a try and seeing if it is for them - a unique alternative to a chiropractor or a masseuse. They have various packages as well to fit anyone's goals and schedules. I give them a 6 out of 5-star rating this is the best One-On-One assisted stretching studio.

Having someone help give you that little extra stretch is fantastic. The team there from admin to flexologists are fabulous. They are so welcoming and I appreciate they take notes and read them before each session maximizing my time there. It is a little pricy, so I don't think I will be going back after my 3 month contract. I completely understand their pricing structure and think it is well warranted. It's just expensive for a long term commitment.

It was the most unsafe situation I have seen in a place. Small gym with about 60 kids just running around! My son was put in a wrestling hold and no one helped him!!! The lady at the door who was supposed to help the one teenager watch all these kids just watched my son cry and never helped him! There was no games or organization or group activities! Just absolute chaos!!! Absolutely awful! I would NEVER trust them watching a child at open gym! And don't let them lie to you- there is no supervision!!! And no activities- group or organized!!! The website lies! Absolutely awful! Also, absolutely no social distancing going on- kids on top of each other, wrestling each other, jumping on each other, etc.

We did a private lessons and had a blast. Kyle was really helpful in helping us get up on slalom skis, which felt different than behind a boat.
