I believe the manager wanted to use my account to receive sales credit or renew in a way that benefits that location . When I called him out about it he lied and stated it was a waiver that he needed me to sign which I have done in the past. A gym waiver and a contract for membership look completely different . When I made a complaint through the right channels the manager followed me into the gym and forced me to discuss the matter and to assert his authority he asked me to leave when I expressed repeatedly I didn't want to speak to him . I was embarrassed and feel like he was bullying me , completely unacceptable.

I absolutely LOVE that you can access the gym 24/7 as long as you tie your gym membership to an app that uses Bluetooth to electronically unlock the entrance once you have the app set up and completely tied to your account. I go early in the mornings and many gyms that are closer don't open until 7am, and I work early so I have to go super early. I regularly see that staff taking out the trash, and also see a regular cleaning staff going around cleaning. Months ago they sent out an emailed survey asking how members think they could improve, and they actually responded to me and let me know that what I requested (more adjustable benches vs flat benches) was already in the works to be added, and they were! The staff seems friendly though I go early enough that sometimes they aren't always there so I don't interact with them too much. My only "downside" would be that sometimes the RRs can be a little dirty, but again I go very early in the morning before most staff shows up so I understand. They have lots of parking and the gym is spacious. Not sure how the ratings aren't higher.

This is a great place to come study or do work on your computer. Some tables have outlets too. The service was good. No complaints. I came here because I heard their matcha is good. Each matcha is $8.5. They claim to use ceremonial grade matcha but under the matcha latte list, there is only one drink labeled CG (ceremonial grade) while others do not. The CG is the basic and they use agave for sweetening. They also don't hand mix per cup. It is pre-batched. I'm not a pre-batch hater although I do prefer each cup to be hand mixed, so I will give it a chance if it tastes good. The CG latte was surprisingly smooth and pretty good! Not bitter at all imo, but it was slightly grainy. They used the perfect amount of agave to balance. It wasn't sweet either. Just perfect balanced flavor for a regular CG matcha latte. The other matcha latte I ordered was the banana. It is SO GOOD! A lot grainier than the CG, though. But I would definitely order that again if I come to Katy. It has a cinnamon flavor in it (probably why it felt grainier than CG) and mixed with the banana flavor was just very yummy. Highly recommend!
