First impressions last a really long time with me. This new guy came into the gym and I literally watched the owner follow him around the gym and tell him over and over again that the gym closes at 7. He also was standing in his way making for awkward moments of him having to say "excuse me" while looking at him all confused wondering why the owner and his dog is in his face. He handled it well until it was time to leave. Then the owner decided to talk to him like he was stupid because he didnt know where the exit was since the owner had told him he couldnt use the one he did know about. Thats when the new guy got pissed. Asked him what he did for him to treat him so badly. Of course, the owner had no reason to treat him like that so the owner started lying about what he said. Then the guy asked him if he had some stress he needed to work out and if he wanted to roll with him to take out his anger. Of course the owner refused and told him to go to planet fagness. After witnessing such an unprofesssional demeanor from the owner I cant give him my business. No one should. There are plenty of much better gyms in the area and you dont have to worry about the owner following you around and harrassing you.

Update after going there for a few months. First review was after just a couple classes. Then the…read moretruth came out. They are definitely committing fraud with the No Show fees. They tried to charge me once for a class I was present for and I threw a fit and they refunded me. They subsequently tried it again another time, but I had started checking on the app after every class that they had checked me in, and I went to the desk and asked them to check me in as they hadn't after class. The lady looked at me as I told her my name, she pretended to check me in on the computer and I refreshed my app to make sure she did and she had not. I told her for the third time to check me in and she finally did. That is not a mistake. If I hadn't paid attention, they would have stolen a lot of money from me. After my experience, I informed my friends to make sure they check their accounts and between 3 other people that I went with, they charged 11 no show fees that they refused to refund when the girls were present for every class. That's $165 stolen just from people I know. I can only imagine how much they are making stealing from everyone who doesn't regularly check their accounts. If you don't check your bank account, they WILL (probably already have) steal from you. I have reported them to the FTC for the fraud. They are not certified to train anyone. Their certification consists of 7 hours. I am a certified yoga instructor and I spent 6 months of being in class for 24 hours every other weekend. I also have ti be CPR certified, which their staff is definitely not. My friend had a heat stroke there which landed her in the hospital and the staff did absolutely nothing to help her when she was passed out in the lobby. A fellow, good samaritan CLIENT took it upon herself to run and get her cold towels and offer to call 911 while the staff stood by and watched from afar and ignored the situation. Ultimately the kind woman called my friend's husband to get her and take her to the ER. My friends and I immediately cancelled our memberships. My $400 sunglasses were stolen from there. But other than that, it's great! I can't imagine this outfit lasts too long with their shady business model and incompetent "teachers."

This gym charged me for a family membership for an entire month after I cancelled the membership and they claim it's their policy to do so. I think this policy should be illegal as it charges a patron for a service they will not have. I think once you cancel the family membership and reduce it to an individual membership then when you go to pay for the next month like I did you dont get charged for a family membership you just cancelled. You should only be charged for an individual membership. This is common sense. The reason I cancelled the Family Membership is because I couldnt even bring my child into the gym. My son does wrestling and has since he was 6. He's 7 now and it's what he likes to do. We were kicked out of the gym and I had been paying for this non-useable family membership when THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME WHEN I SIGNED UP!!! This gym is not child friendly and it doesn't have good hours for watching kids. If there was another option in the area that was as roomy as this gym we would have a membership there instead. Unfortunately, in the are though there are good gyms they dont offer as much room as this one so I am stuck.

Gym is about 5 mins away from my house and I decided to join. I just found out they are canceling my membership because my bf got in argument with a man over equipment. And I had nothing to do with , matter of fact I was in a different part of the gym minding my business. Man that took his spot was super rude ,instead of saying that he is still using equipment he acted entitled and sat on top of it before letting my bf know he was still using it. He was working out on 2 diff.machines far from each other Obviously someone will take your spot if you're not there and all you got to do is ask. Since it turned out into verbal argument his brother was there too and my bf came up to his brother to apologize and explain the situation of why he was mad. To which his brother cut him off and said " I don't give a fucking fuck , you know what, Fuck you! " Owner Curt calls my bf a day later and tells my bf it's all good as long as there is no further arguments he is ok , and to stay away from each other he just wanted to reach out and hear his part of the story . Today he gets a call with a voicemail saying his and my memberships are canceled. what a joke of a place Anyway since I'm not envolved in argument I will say this Water filter has been out ever since I've joined It's actually against regulations and makes you sick if you drink it. I went in for my first class and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I've had problems fitting in at other gyms but not this one! That alone is enough to stay. The coaching here is A+. The owner takes the time to sit down with you when you first start to go over your strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Then they start thinking and suggesting ways for you to reach those goals and overcome those weaknesses. It's nice to know they truly care. The gym itself is super nice. Always very clean and very organized. They sanitize all the equipment and the gym after each and have really upped it due to COVID. Instead of a chalk bucket they've replaced it with individual bags of chalk for each person to use to Eliminate the possibility of passing germs. They also have boxes taped off so you know where to stand away from people during the work outs. They have excellent equipment and bonus features that make the monthly price worth it. They use ROMWOD, heart rate monitors, and have up to date and nice equipment. I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in CrossFit!

The instructor is very helpful, and is quick to correct my form when I am not doing something correctly. Unfortunately this is not true of all boot camps, as a more expensive boot camp I did recently never corrected my form in the month I was there (and I know I couldn't have been doing everything right!). I like that they also give you a comprehensive nutrition plan, and many helpful suggestions, recognizing that diet is important if you truly want a healthy body. This is a great place for the novice or the experienced!
