I scheduled a class at this location and was turned away for arriving late, despite the class not being fully booked. I've attended classes in multiple cities and have never experienced this policy being enforced in this manner. What made the situation especially frustrating was that this was a Saturday, and this location only offers one class on Saturdays. After making plans around attending, being denied entry was extremely disappointing and felt unnecessarily rigid, particularly when there was still space available in the class. While I understand the importance of maintaining class standards, this experience felt inconsistent with what I've experienced at other locations. Based on this interaction, I would strongly encourage local residents to carefully consider whether this location's customer service approach aligns with their expectations before committing to a membership.

February 2025…read more They entice you with a great trial "deal" on a month-to-month deal with NO COMMITMENT - I decided it was a little bit more than what I needed, especially when it came to the cost. It just wasn't feasible for me. I let them know 5 days after signing up - they now tell me I'm locked in and owe a yearly due, on top and the next month amount to a grand total of $80+ dollar. I even called my local club 4 to ask about the cancellation policy just in case it didn't work out for me - I even took screenshots as I was setting up my account trying to make sure I wasn't missing anything. - well they got me!! after sending an email to customer support they point out at the VERY Very bottom I have to give a 30 day written notice to cancel. Come to find out even during a no commitment, month-to-month "trial" you STILL get locked in to paying them a yearly due and of course the next month amount. I do understand that I signed a contract and that that money is due - HOWEVER - you have to admit it is completely false advertisement with the flashy trial with no commitment - They know nobody is going to sit down and read every page of the contract especially after I called and felt confident that the employee gave me the correct information. - Nope on another note, if you planning on joining a gym, long-term, and ready to make a commitment it seems like it would be a nice gym. Not trustworthy within but nice on the outside.

No one has ever had an issue with checking her in that way. She goes today on her lunch break and asks to be checked in manually and the guys says "what's wrong with your app?" And she said "nothing, I just don't have a phone right so I've been checking in manually" and he said that club4 "doesn't allow that" and you are 'required' to have the app to scan the barcode. Said she will only be able to check in manually a hand full of times and after that she will "have to get her phone fixed." I'm sorry.....are you going to pay to fix the phone? This is pathetic. After seeing the other reviews of this location I'm not surprised. We called the Schillinger location and spoke with a manager to ask if this was a thing and he said that she can check in however she wants to and does not need the app. Said he has never heard of 'only being able to check in manually a hand full of times' and that he guy was making it up. The staff here need to be trained correctly apparently. Update: she went back again yesterday. The same guy 'Jeff' was upfront and she tried to check in and he said "why do we continue to do this with you again?" And she said "can you just check me in please?" And he said "yea that's not how this works." So she left and he said "have a good night"

Will absolutely come back anytime I'm in town and would recommend this gym to absolutely anybody looking at getting started or a veteran steel thrower who wants a peaceful, no B.S gym where you can redline your body. Last note: Even after staying up for a few extra hours, owner only charged me $5 for a pass. There's zero excuse in my opinion to not try this gym out. Updated Review: I've been coming to the this location of Club4fitness since June and I'm extremely…read moreimpressed with the classes, virtual (Les Mills) and live. It's the main reason I joined. I'm a little competitive *winking emoji* and I love any challenge so I like the classes, alot! I'm like 5:15am classes, most of them are virtual, hopefully they will add more live instructors as they grow. They offer a variety of classes by Les Mills from Yoga and RPM ( Spin) to HITT classes like Grit and BodyPump. They offer the same at the new location in Schillinger, however the classroom here is smaller and there are not as many live instructors as Schillinger but the virtual classes are great because they are skilled, trained, and have incredible endurance and strength. They push you beyond your limits and they also provide tips for form and a for metabolic overload. Most popular classes are BodyPump, Zumba, BodyAttack (Schillinger) and BodyStep (Schillinger). I'd love to see them add BodyStep and BodyAttack to the Hillcrest location. They are 5:30pm classes at Schillinger and 40 or 50+ people will pack the class so it's best to arrive early, if you can. The live classes fill quickly so it's best, if you like a class, go to the app and schedule for each class a least two weeks in advance. I've only been bumped once for classes over capacity and they apologize and offer an alternative class. The gym floor with cardio and weight equipment placement is, in my opinion, congested. The stations are on top of each other so I usually come Sunday or early am if I plan to use the gym floor cardio or weight training equipment. Customer service is stellar. The front desk is helpful, friendly and Beth Reeves responds to every inquiry from the feedback section of the app. She is very responsive and helpful. I think she even teaches a class or two at the Schillinger location. I don't use the daycare but it is available for an additional fee. The gym is clean, bright and I can say enough about all the instructors and staff. I love the red light therapy, I can tell the difference after a strenuous workout. The light is bright and warm. I'm choose 12 minutes with eye protection 3 days a week. Ready to get back at it. Check 'em out!! This is the gym for every body.

The same white sweat spot has been on the floor for 10 days and a small screw has been in the middle on the training floor for the same time span. It's crazy that they don't clean the floors. Also have to constantly find weights because people move them and no staff moves them back so I have to do it for them so i can just do my workout. Takes 15min out of my day but hopefully it helps those that come after me.
