There are much nicer gyms in the area for the same price that don't have huge guided work out classes taking up half of the gym and equipment. Literally had an instructor steal the bench I was using and say she'd give it back in 30 minutes. All of that BS on top of the horrible parking situation where you'll pay $50 a month to get parking tickets, disgusting locker rooms, constant early closures and broken equipment. The only nice thing about this gym is the friends I've made.

My eldest adult son already had a membership here, so he offered to take him to try it out. They allow younger kids, so he brought him as a guest a total of three times soread out over a period of 3 or 4 months. Suddenly my eldest gets a call from the owner talking to him like a dog throwing out wild accusations, like he bets he's been bringing him there for months and he could be sued (meanwhile allows youth but just being an ***). Also accused him of bringing others with him but he just held the door open for ppl that were directly behind him. He told my son if he wanted to keep his membership he had to pay for 3 months for my youngest. my eldest refused so they cancelled his membership. I've also heard he will sit and watch the place like a hawk and yell at ppl who drop equipment. Just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Recently joined and love training here. It's a small facility that's an easy walk from our Old City…read moreresidence. If needed, there's street parking and a paid lot right across the street. There's enough equipment, including free weights, plate loaded machines, aerobic equipment, bands, medicine balls, etc to get in a great full body workout. The staff is receptive to suggestions for additional items. All items are new, from premium brands and in great working condition. The open gym room is available for member use when there's not a class in session, which are about 3-4 times daily during the week, including XGT cross training and yoga classes. We guess spin classes may resume post pandemic. Rumor has it they will soon expand into the space next door; otherwise it starts to feel busy with more than ten people there, especially if a class is in session. But I've not seen that. And other members have been friendly and space- conscious. And it's VERY CLEAN. All members are required to wipe down all the things after use, towels are provided and the staff is generally cleaning too. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Thrilled to have this so close!
