So far so good. Staff was friendly when my boyfriend went to sign up (I have a free membership though my insurance) they have several tvs to watch with private sound systems on the treadmills. We haven't used the machines yet, just the treadmills and ellipticals. It's a little warm in there , especially while your sweating. So I've been a member here for awhile, I always do what I Gotta do and mind my own business so I take a couple guest to the gym because I have what they call black card I've done this before but this time I sign in two guest, and I disappear doing my own thing next thing I know the staff is harassing my guests for money. WTF they're worse than homeless people. Another incident I go to the gym I have a white Mercedes sprinter very large very nice with out-of-state tags on it. The one girl who is staff asked me why I had my van parked there overnight I tell her I did not have my van parked there overnight why would I do that I have a very nice house about a mile up the road she says somebody saw your van parked here overnight I say it wasn't my van next thing I know I'm on the treadmill A police officer gets on the treadmill next to me and asked me to come with him to ask me some questions, I go with the police officer he starts asking me the same questions again it wasn't my van I wasn't parked in your parking lot overnight why would I be even if I wanted to camp in my van I would go to the beach not a planet fitness parking lot thank you. So he ends up running my ID to check me out. Of course he finds nothing and did I mention my van wasn't there overnight so All is harassment for what. And I'm thinking to myself if there was a van parked here overnight and you had a problem with it why did you wait till noon the next day when I got there to call the police to ask me questions very very suspicious. Another question everybody I know over the age of six has a cell phone in there hand, why didn't the moron that said they saw something take a picture oh because there a moron. That would be too simple you wouldn't waste a police officer's time you would make forced alligation against one your clients and harass them you would have a picture showing you exactly what vehicle it was wow that's too simple I take it back even a moron would know that. So somebody tell me WTF. read more

For the price you pay for a membership here I really can't complain! You get what you pay for. When you are only spending $20 ish a month you shouldn't expect a high end gym. read more

I work out here often because they are the best gym in town late night. Wish they had more free weights. Very clean just needs some updates to the bath and lockers. read more

After not using our membership for months, my girlfriend and I went to cancel the membership. Yvette, greeted us with a, "I'm busy right now, you can go sit down until I'm done." alright then, so that was rude. We come back about five minutes later. We are then told by Yvette that my girlfriend's membership was cancelled January 9, of this year. First of all, it's January 4, so that's not possible. So we ask if it's of last year and she says, "no, of 2014, this year." After that debacle, we try to read the contract and after putting the date, Yvette snatches the pen literally from her hands and pulls the paper away without a word. So yeah, terrible terrible experience. Ended up signing the paper and never looking back. An experience so bad we'll never go back, unless to see Yvette get fired. Other than that, the equipment is decent,only reason it's one starred. Customer service makes, or breaks, any company, maybe make sure you don't hire A holes if you want a customer base. read more

I went to this gym off and on. Unfortunately they do not JUDGE unless you are a serious lifter or competitor then they do nothing BUT judge and give additude. Probably because the management does not work out so has never had the focus needed in the gym. I was never loud or disrespectful to any member.I only spoke to others if they would steal my weights or benches when I was using them and I would inform them of proper gym etiquette. Management said they had never heard of gym etiquette and the members could take any equipment if you weren't on them at the time even if your towel and gym bag and weights were there! Then they said I didn't like their rules. They said I could not take a step from the circuit area to use on the weight area but when I asked why her mother, the long time planet fitness trainer, could do it every day she just looked at me dumbfounded! If you want to go to a social outlet that is the farthest thing from a gym then I highly recommend. If you want to go where the average member is 70 and stands around talking or are in high school and play around working out with 3 to 4 of their friends, I recommend. If you want management to watch you like a hawk and pick you out for every rule but if you are not serious they let flip flops, jeans, cell phones on cardio equipment, etc etc is fine then this is your gym. But don't expect help or to get in shape because the people running the place have never actually worked out nor know what a real gym should be like. I would go in and mind my own business with my headphones on and baseball hat down to be left alone. Yet when I went in tonight I was told by the manager they didn't want me there anymore and were cancelling my membership! Management and staff are rude and inconsiderate. I asked to use a tanning bed and the lady at the desk was on her iPhone and said she had to clean the bed. I said I'd clean it and she refuse so I couldn't tan because I was running late and she didn't Even go to clean it but went back to her iPhone. Another employee steps outside and leaves the desk unstaffed so she can smoke in the parking lot in front on the gym. To tell you the truth, I am relieved!!!! LMAO read more
