He was able to sign me up very quickly. I absolutely love the easy accessibility with key fob or AF app and the fact that it's open 24/7. I personally enjoy that the cardio machines have live TV to watch on it. It has a very good section for powerlifters as well as everything you need for a good weight session. There is usually just a handful of people or sometimes you might even have the whole gym to yourself. There's always music playing. I appreciate also that they do play Kpop. It's a very clean gym with individual restrooms and private shower area in the restroom. Overall, a small gym that makes you feel comfortable to be there with plentiful parking. I would definitely recommend this gym!

I inquired about this gym because I have a friend that goes to another one, which let me know this is not the hole in the wall gym I thought it was. I think I contacted the owner, Dan, via the website to schedule an appointment. At the appointment he listened to my concerns and wants, then he offered me a free week. I signed up before my free week was up. I was working with an online coach at the time I signed up, so I was not interested in a consultation or anything like that. I had seen one trainer, Mo, multiple times, he is the one Dan suggested to me when I first went in. Just a couple of weeks ago I asked Dan to sign me up for a free consultation. I did a leg workout during my consultation, it did not feel like anything too strenuous, but holy smokes have I been sore! I told the trainer during our consult that I would like to see him twice a week. Dan and Mo have been great and they are really helping me to get disciplined. I definitely think you should stop in and check this place out. Don't be like me and notice it for years without a second glance. The place is affordable because they want to help us reach our health and fitness goals.

They recently added new machines and keep all of their equipment up to date and functional. They have showers if you want to change at the gym; they also have a sauna room. They offer fitness classes as well. I am really enjoying my boxing and personal training sessions with Carlos, (a real heavy weight champion by the way). He is very knowledgeable and considerate of your level of fitness and will work at your pace. The owner is very personable and greets you with a smile whenever you come in. You can tell the gym is well taken care of. I look forward to getting in there more often as I settle in. Thanks for bringing a gym to our small town!

What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare. They truly complement each other and create a great training environment. What really stands out is the community. The women here are welcoming, supportive, and genuinely cheer each other on. No matter what your goal is (toning, weight loss, or gaining strength) if you communicate it to Norma, she will help you get there. I signed up for a free class and somehow the dates got mixed up and I showed up 30 minutes early as instructed, but found out I was signed up for the following week. At first it seemed like a big deal that I was there on the "wrong" day, not fault but whoever scheduled me. Thankfully the class wasn't full so I was able to take the class. Coach Tanner was helpful and got me hooked up with a heart rate monitor and the class was great! Tanner is a helpful coach and extremely motivating but the studio manager, Ryan, is not so great. The second I said I had to think about the price of signing up he completely wrote me off. Then come the following week, I get a charge for a class. I called and left a message about the charge since the studio was closed at the time. Ryan gave me a call back and was immediately confrontational. He said I was charged because "I had reserved a class, equipment and somebody's time and didn't show up, therefore I was charged a "no show" fee". I explained to him that I in fact already took my first class (attached a photo of my summary) because there was a mix up with scheduling. He claimed nowhere in the system did it show I took my initial class. So apparently they never moved me over from the other class. He didn't remember the incident at all and kept asking me questions about how I signed up for my class, what time, and so on. He eventually said he would refund my money but never did he apologize for the inconvenience or mix up. It's very unprofessional and disappointing because I really did enjoy the class and was considering signing up. With his attitude I'm sure he couldn't care less about a negative review or a lost sale anyway.
