Apparently, you can only sign up at the studio but you CANNOT cancel your membership at the studio in person. They won't give you the cancellation form; instead you have to email the studio manager asking for the paperwork. I did, but so far no reply to my email. I'll give it 48 hours to see if she will ever reply to me. It's a bit aggravating. If you can join in and complete the paperwork in person, what on earth is preventing them from allowing you to cancel the membership and complete the paperwork in person? None other than making it difficult for you to cancel. Overall, it's a solid place. I love the classes and really like the coaches, especially coach Ashley.

I have taken lessons with all the instructors in the studio and they are the best in the business. They are kind, professional, and encouraging. The education program gives you a clear way to track your progress and see where you need to improve. I attend the fitness classes and the Ballroom and Rhythm classes. The classes are split into levels that a beginner and an experienced dancer can all get benefits from attending. SdeB is clearly the best studio around and if you are looking for a place to start or continue your dance education, you will not go wrong signing up here.

There are four different areas to workout in, 4++ stationary bikes, 3 ellipticals, 2 stair masters, 4+ treadmills, free weights, smith machines, punching bag, men's and women's locker rooms with showers, 2 tanning beds, and more. The people who go here are friendly and it's a lil community, relatively no drama. It's clean, for the most part people rerack their weights, with the exception of those lazy few. I'm rarely there when the staff are, but they seem nice when I've interacted with them. I love that our trainer who also belongs to this gym can train us here too! As a female, I've had no issues, iykyk. I really enjoy it here and have no complaints.
