Three people can workout in each red light sauna, you must sign up before entering, and clear out after finishing, I've never had any problem with the APP scheduler and Calorie burner counter. The virtual trainers, offer 3 skill level options, you are required to spend extra on the mat and towel, to maintain safe footing in saunas, Cubbies at each sauna, keeps the 'no shoes' organized and orderly, Hotworx is Clean, cleaning wipes available at each corner of the gym. Red Light and heat is very healing and healthful, I feel great after my workout, my attitude and energy is invigorated. I love Hotworx!

He keeps all of your physical abilities and goals in mind as he custom designs a fitness program and adapts to your progress. No workout was ever the same as the previous one, always pushing the envelope and getting results. I lost over 20 lbs of pure fat in just 12 weeks and maintained all of my strength and muscle gains. It was clean and the other areas appeared to have a lot of equipment. We were able to walk around and look at a few things before the reception. There were limited things being used when we were there because I'm assuming that they closed off parts of the center due to the program. However, it seemed to have everything that a normal gym has. It actually smelled great when you walk in, which is unusual for a gym. The staff was friendly.
