Nice brand new clean equipment but definitely lacking in a couple of important areas. The cross cable training machine that is available in almost every other planet fitness in the world does not exist at this location. Also the 4 station cable training stations that are usually connected overhead by a pull up bar are not connected, there is no pull up bar in that area...they are located about a 100 feet away. I'm hoping that the only problem is that they are just not finished yet, so let's hope they get this going and make it as good as the other locations across the country. I have addressed this with staff and management at the location several times but to know avail. It almost feels like "Too bad, so sad!". read more

Only used the gym to tan occasionally but was rarely able to due to the fact nobody was at the counter at night and a lot of times didn't answer the walkie talkie they place on the counter. Definitely wouldn't recommend black card if you are going to this gym in the evening because you are rarely able to use them. Cancelation is very inconvenient and they absolutely do not care if you have been unable to use your membership due to their employees not being available. read more

This is the nicest Planet Fitness I've ever been to! Everything is so clean and up to date. There's an endless amount of cardio equipment so there's always a bike, treadmill, or stair stepper available. The bathrooms are amazing and have great showers and plenty of counter space to get ready if you're going to work after your workout. Very pleased that this gym is so close to where I live. read more

What an incredible gym! Tons of cardio equipment, plenty of fans to keep the air moving, friendly staff, lots of space between machines and spotlessly clean. We came on guest passes because we were in town visiting for the weekend. I have to say if I lived in Rogers there is NO DOUBT I would join this gym. It's open 24 hrs a day and is one of the best value gyms I've ever been in. I didn't even spot a single "out of order" sign in the whole facility. read more

This Planet Fitness is one of the most spacious Planet Fitness I have ever been too. The staff is kind and helpful. The machines are always clean and I never have been when it is so busy I am unable to do the workout I have in mind. The members here are also extremely kind and will help you if you are doing a machine wrong or if they are in the circuit room they will talk to you about how your day is going. Faculty is updating some, so thst is a positive. The staff usually is helpful, but lately staff hasn't been doing much. Cleaning stations not stocked in majority of faculty- so people aren't wiping down equipment, which is gross. Hopefully management will address lack of initiative by the counter help in keeping clean machines stocked Received stock answer back from this post from 'customer service' to address with club manager- which is useless. I've been going back to the gym for the last 3 months after falling and breaking my back. I usually go about 4:30am. They are always friendly. I enjoy the laid back atmosphere. I'm still moving a little slow to get started. The showers and bathrooms are always clean. They maintain their equipment on a regular basis and I never see a machine that is broken. For the price it's hard to beat with the free tanning and hydro-massage beds. read more

The 12 reviews for this site has to be from employees. The facility itself is really nice. However, the staff that I dealt with were anything but upfront honest. Listen carefully to what they say and be very careful before you sign the contract to be sure it's what you want. The devil is in the details and not reviewing your contract can get you extras that you didn't want. The girl I first dealt with in the beginning was extremely misleading and "I feel" dishonest. I is a very sad thing you have to play games on what could be a future customer. Buyer Beware is all I can say.. read more

I've been a member for 4 years and they keep getting better. The equipment is always in good condition, the locker rooms and restrooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you're new to the fitness game, don't want to be overwhelmed with confusing equipment or have physical limitations, this is the perfect gym for you. Most of the people who attend this gym are considerate, so you don't have to worry about jerks hogging the equipment or leaving things lying around. Tips: -If you want to beat the crowds, avoid coming here 5pm-7pm. It is insanely packed at that time. -They just switched to 24/7, so you're good to go if you're a night owl. -Bring a plastic cup/bottle with you if you have long/thick hair and use the showers. The water pressure is light. -If you forget your headphones, they sell them at the front desk. :) read more

This location has definitely improved as far as its associate attitudes. The overnight attendant is amazing at keeping the gym clean, showers are clean, equipment is operational, and he's constantly working to do that. He definitely deserves a raise/promotion. He makes contact with the members and has such a good attitude. I'm torn between a 5 because the gym is great with exactly the workout options I want - AND A ONE STAR because I am so disappointed that I can't watch the sporting events that I like. Half the reason I joined was so I could as I'm in a temporary house with no tv. I'd like to watch Premier League Football on NBCSN first thing on Saturday and Sunday mornings. They have NBC channels and they have ESPN for sports. Let's combine those! They tell me it's corporate policy and they can't put that channel on. When I go to the PF website they say I must contact the individual facility. Why, if they are independent are they ruled by corporate?? And why can't I contact them? The individuals who work there are great... I just want to watch my show when I'm one of 3 people watching 20+ TVs. read more

My wife signed me up thinking it'd be a nice surprise until we both realized I don't even have the spare time to make it to the gym and long story short I've paid over $70 bucks(Already) just to have never been to the building... I only went in one time to try and cancel and apparently it cost me even more to cancel so basically I'm sure by the end of all this I'm going to end up paying 100 and some odd dollars just to have never even used one perk... I'd say this is a flawed system and I do not recommend anyone apply for this gym sorry not sorry I'm a struggling father of 3 do you understand what that 72.80$ means to me and why I can't even cancel because thats an extra 40$ I don't have and to be honest all this stress has been messing with my depression... read more

I love the new workout machines! They look so sleek and modern, very easy to use not complicated or intimidating at all! The facility is very clean and the staff members always greet you with a hello and have a nice day afterwards once you're leaving. Betzy Boche is a horrible manager with horrible customer service skills. I had issues with the annual fee that was deducted with nothing in that account, as I wasn't expecting it 6 months after my sign-up date, and she basically shrugged it off. So I canceled my membership. Their loss in the end. But the place smells like wet dog, the music is horrible, and they cater mostly to hood rats and rednecks. So I wouldn't recommend this gym anyhow. Better off using a pull up bar and running around your neighborhood than to go to this trash hole, unless you don't have cable. In which case - there's plenty of Fox News and horrible sitcoms playing while you tread mill it up. read more

I Love my gym. The people are the best. For half the price of my old gym I get tanning, in nice new beds, hydro massage, massage chairs, the BEST elliptical I have used and free personal support, and can bring a friend when ever I want. It is unlike any other gym I have been to with their "lunk alarm". Jump on the website and check it out! The Rogers Arkansas location is awesome! Extra large so the equipment isn't all smashed together. Nice and open. It's the cleanest gym I've been to and employees are always doing some sort of cleaning. There's another one in the town over that I really don't like (it's opposite of the facility in Rogers) so I choose a little farther drive on my days off to go excercise. read more

I love PF. I use the Rogers and Bentonville Gym. Trainers are very knowledgeable and convenient to use. I like the Rogers gym slightly more because the equipment is spread out more and not as crowded. Never any problems. Always clean which is extremely important to me. Great price and great place to work out. read more

Great staff. I go here almost daily and get greeted with a smile. Bathrooms, locker rooms, and equipment are all always clean. It's not crazy busy to the point of waiting for a machine to available. I have been a planet fitness member at the Rogers, Arkansas gym for around a year. Every once in a while, some of the younger employees would stare just a little too long, one even asked for my number one day. This is not an experience that I am alone in, several of my friends and co workers that visit this same gym had similar experiences. Today when I walk in I notice a man working STARING at me. I am so over men staring at me so I just stared right back. Then for some reason this employee felt the need to WINK AT ME!!! What made him feel the need to do this is beyond me. I ask him why he just winked at me and he said he was just welcoming me into the gym. I just go to the locker room and put my stuff up, but I decide that I need to tell someone about my experience. When I go back up to the front desk the same man comes up to me from out of the front desk and tells me that he did not wink at me and that I was just basically seeing things. He does not apologize or admit that his actions were completely inappropriate. He then goes on to tell me that his is the GENERAL MANAGER of the planet fitness and that he has a WIFE and he looks like his is around 40. I am only 18. I have never been so disappointed in my treatment. I am used to guys working out hitting on me, I do not need the staff doing it too read more

I like this location weight wise, because they actually have a sled machine where as the other locations do not. Staff is not as friendly as Bentonville, but for a leg workout, this is the place! read more
