Plenty of equipment, and it's not all jammed together. 24 hour access with a scan card for members. Like all fitness centers, pricing varies according to length of your contract, but I experienced no pressure to sign up or to renew. In fact, it would be easy to miss the one renewal notice you'll get when your term is up. These people don't nag. Need a workout while visiting Rockmart. Staffed hours are 8:30AM to 8:30 PM Monday-Thursday, 8:30 to 5:30 Friday and 8:30 to 12:30 Saturday. You'll find everything is spotlessly clean. The folks are super welcoming. The trainer watched my form and made suggestions on how to do the workout more efficiently and correctly. Then Tuesday's workout came. I barely could walk from Monday. But I showed up. It was a different trainer, also amazing. He watched my form and made necessary corrections. I highly recommend ATG CrossFit. After leaving my CrossFit in The Woodlands, TX, I never thought I'd find a box anything as good. But, I am proud to say that ATG is my new CrossFit home.
