Mid-workout I used the men's restroom and found that the toilet was broken again. Before leaving I tried to leave a note for the nonexistent staff and a warning on the restroom door. However, there was no paper or pen with which to do that. We're going beyond pathetic to dangerous. Health Department? Building Inspector? Building owner?

Just when I thought my mind/body/spirit were going to breakdown, I hear the shouts from the coaches and other members as they cheered me on. "Breathe...Deep Breaths....C'mon, You've Got This...Only A Few More...Almost There..." these are just a few of the chants/cheers you hear from all sides and you. Being someone who struggled for over 15 years with chronic back pain and fatigue, to my surprise these classes have truly been a life saver. While researching on line trying to find a personal trainer that specializes in working with back problems I came across a journal sentinel article about this gym. I went in knowing nothing or ever even heard of cross fit. I told them about my back problems and my prior surgeries. I started out real slow, barely enough strength to do a girl push up. They spent a lot of time explaining the exercises, how to alter them in regards to my fitness level making sure I do them correctly and use proper form. I mostly work with Matt, who has helped me tremendously. Slowly I've been gaining more and more strength and endurance I didn't know I was capable of. Everyone that works out there is so super supportive and I actually look forward to getting exercise! The biggest part of all this....My back pain and the pain down my leg is GONE, like it was never there. I am so thankful to have found this place!!!
