In the past there have been issues with soap being available in the bathrooms/locker rooms, but this has not been a problem for several months (hopefully it stays that way!). As always, there is a nice variety of equipment to use for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. I realize this is outside of the gym's control, but there will always be certain clientele that do not follow gym etiquette, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, it's a good place to workout.

After a few months they unfroze my membership's and tried to charge me for another month. Seeing this i contacted them and requested to cancel my membership. I was then informed I had to pay for that month and a late fee! For something I didn't use at all. I have received repeated harassing phone calls text messages and emails from this studio trying to bully me into paying for something I never used. This is so disappointing as i was going to go back to this studio. I would recommend another studio with Honest billing polices this place is predatory

As someone who hates the gym and has had very little physical activity, walking into a place like…read morethis can feel really intimidating. Luckily, the instructors are insanely supportive (and won't pressure you), and the attendees are various skill levels. There are two main rooms to this facility - one with a soft floor for jujitsu or yoga and one with punching bags, ropes, a big tire, etc. for hardcore training. While I've only had the chance to participate in one class so far, I'll definitely update my review as I have a chance to explore the diverse schedule that's available. I will say, it was a bit of an ego blow trying to keep up with people who have been in the program for a while, but my teacher made sure I understood he was there to help me reach my personal goals, no comparing, no judgement... just one step at a time. Also, he taught me the PROPER way to do even simple things like squats (which I was doing totally wrong). One word to the wise... if you don't have your own boxing gloves, get some! My hands smelled like dirty feet for three days (even after washing them multiple times).
