They have a private room for older folk to get group training, a martial arts room. They have plenty of aerobic equipment. Unfortunately there's some children in there that don't know how to put their weights away when they're done and dont put cable attachments back on the holding racks. That's typical in any every gym. They have a cooler for drinks and it wasn't stocked well, now it's not stocked at all. I do think they are missing out on an opportunity there by not having it stocked with waters and protein shakes. The women's locker room is always clean, but the bathroom stalls need to be painted and the doors fixed. I like that they have the sauna, but it doesn't get as hot as other gym's do.

Lotsa booty equipment . ..Obsessed. They also added a relax and recover room with compression therapy , massage guns , zero gravity chairs, stand up red light rooms with vibration plates ... yeahhh it's a whole thing. Still really busy location and not the best area but honestly... the upgrades are worth popping in.

Today several of us were kicked out at 7pm and were told they were "closed for a party" without further explanation, any notification via email or even posted on the door or in the gym. The fee goes up every so often ALSO without notification. By nearly 10 dollars over the last year- again without warning and on auto draft. I didn't consent to this and this isn't acceptable. Even with the renovation, this gym isn't nice enough to charge THIS much. I'd recommend another gym at this point.

'Limited use' = Entertain yourself all you want while preventing others from using the equipment, just don't take pictures/videos of others in the locker rooms. (Well, no sh*t)

Active duty & dependents are allowed after hours access if you sign up at the front desk. I'm not sure of their hours as they're constantly changing. Gym is pretty clean including the locker rooms with showers. It might seem smaller than the benko gym but it may be because it doesn't have a pool/ upstairs track. And there is no kiddie room here. The women's locker room has a sauna, showers & changing area. They converted the basketball court to the CrossFit area. In it are rowing machines, squat racks, sleds, ropes, weighted balls & plyo boxes. And whoever is lucky to get at the box first, can plug in their phone to blast their tunes in the speakers.

It often felt like we were bumping into walls or each other, which made it hard to enjoy the session. I took a Mat Pilates class, and it was much hotter than I expected. I understand the studio also offers hot yoga, but I wasn't expecting that level of heat for Pilates. I'd suggest either limiting class sizes or making it clearer which classes are heated. It's affordable, which is a plus, but I'm not sure I'd return.
