I went there for a few months and decided to just go back to planet fitness bc a lot of the equipment was older and the size of the gym. It felt crowded with little more than 10 people there at a time. That wasn't completely the fault of the gym bc I could have taken a better look around. The reason why I am making this review is bc I got a text saying that my card was declined. Even though I cancelled when I signed up. I called the number given and talked to the owner. Told him I wasn't paying the now 60$ a month bill, was 50$ a month a year ago. Within the first second of me saying this the owner started to cuss me out. Saying that he's going to take me to court if I don't pay, threatening over 2 grand of attorney fees etc. I tried talking to him but continued to drop f bombs the whole time telling me it's too late I already said I wasn't paying. Wouldn't let me get a word in sideways. Told him I'd come in after work but he kept cursing at me. Told him to go eff himself, he then cussed me out saying that I have no right to curse at him. Then sent a text saying to not show up and harass his employees and cuss them out like I did to him. And sent my contract to me saying I signed it and that he's taking me to court. He's a horrible person, and called me back after reading my contract, think he'd do that before threatening a lawsuit, saying that I did cancel it. By then I already paid the 60$ bc I can't afford to pay the threatened 2 grand lawsuit. Did apologize but gave excuses about his bills and paying processing fees. He's an obvious hothead and personally seems like an ass. So don't support this asshole. If I could give this jackass a zero I would.

Cameron Wellness Center is a top notch facility. As someone who enjoys group exercise classes it is great to have an option to sign up for free classes as well (cycling, yoga, etc.) Spa Harmony is fantastic, and my 80 minute facial was the best that I had ever had. To top it off, CWC is taking so many extra steps during COVID. The fitness center is spotless, and the employees are constantly cleaning and have their masks on. When we ask for updates we are gaslight and treated as if we are the problem. If UPMC can get away with gaslighting women at a wellness center, imagine how their healthcare providers gaslight and treat women. UPMC's handling of this situation is completely unacceptable!
