My dog is a great pyrenees and poodle mix, so he was covered in long beautiful hair which is brushed daily! What they don't fully explain to you is exactly how short they're cutting them. They use an example mat which clearly needs to be updated because the one she showed us was not what we got when we picked our dog up. It seems like they rather just shave the dogs hair than to actually brush them. The salon manager is a real piece of work and that's putting it lightly. Very rude to the customers and dogs. Observed her yelling at a dog upon arrival because he wouldn't keep still. Beware because this behavior makes me queation the treatment of the dogs in her care. Should've known then to just take my dog back home. Lesson learned. Will not return there for any grooming services at all! The manager on duty in the actual PetSmart was very helpful and did her due diligence to assist.
