There was dust on the in corners and on equipment. There were old spills that had not been cleaned up. And worst of all the men's bathroom had a toilet that looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The dual big roll toilet paper dispenser had not been serviced and was about to run out. And who designs a restroom with no lights right over the sink & mirror. I didn't say anything to the staff because I got the feeling that they weren't interested in customer feedback. Other locations have some very clean gyms, Wilson deserves no less. The equipment is good and the guests were friendly ... hence the 2nd star.

They are either just hanging out at the front counter either focused in talking to each other or (mostly thus) playing on their phones or nowhere to be found. Walk in, you might be greeted with a half hearted "welcome" from the side of their mouth but typically not acknowledged at all. On more than one occasion I have had to go up front to request paper towel dispenser to be refilled. Also, want a chair or bed for PF Black? They are often just on their cell phone and won't even notice you walk up to counter.

I think they start at around $45 if I remember correctly. They are located in Nashville. Turn into the McDonalds, Tacobell, Bojangles shopping center near the 64 Business and 64 Bypass exit, turn right just after the Mcdonalds like you're going to Ribeyes or the Dollar Country. Follow that road all the way back until you see the building on the left with the FREE GYM banner. They are located right next to a flooring store. I'm not sure what their hours are so you may want to call first. The owner Sean is really cool and all the employees are super knowledgeable about the products. Check them out!! You can also just go there to buy smoothies. They give you a token to come back and visit the gym if you want. I don't know of another smoothie joint in town. I usually have to drive to Rocky Mount if I want a smoothie :( - not anymore!!!

During the whole workout you couldn't relax or even hear the virtual instructor for the shrieks and screaming- then her saying "we don't scream/shhhh". I get that you are young and you have a family but think of it this way-how would you feel if you came to workout, relax and have a good workout-but you can bc you have to hear somebody's child screaming!! It's freaking annoying!!! Also, I want to note I went up to ask the young lady a question at the front. I look over and see the owner not even looking up- texting on her phone while I'm standing up there waiting for an answer. I feel she's extremely snooty. I'll stick with Planet Fitness! I'm not trying to be mean, but if you have a child either stay home with him or either put him in daycare. For the membership price of this studio, which is pricey you should not have to hear a baby shrieking and screaming during your workout!! Keep your baby at home!!! My friend says it's not only during the day but it's in the afternoons/evenings as well!!!
