I still miss Custom Blends and the selection of items they sold back then but I understand, things happen and times change. I wish there was a way to get certain cigarettes from when it was Custom Blends but Pennsylvania takes away lots of awesome things and Custom Blends was one on them. However Planet RYO has great rolling tobacco so I hope they keep doing good. read more

They have been out of/running out of stock for 5+ weeks. I presume this is to empty the stores to save a tax hit at the end of the year. Tried to give the owner the benefit of the doubt and sent an email, but I didn't get a response. The employees in every store are just great, but this stock-out is ridiculous and they are bearing the brunt of it. I spoke with Camp Hill yesterday and they said they only had 3 bags left, and they were menthol. Wow. I'd already called Gettysburg and West Chester. Went to another shop that looked at me in wonder when I asked for long cut cigarette tobacco. They said that usually, that is pipe tobacco. I'm already unhappy, so I really don't want to think I've been paying the cigarette premium for YEARS, but regardless, I'm taking my business out of there. read more

Gotta say, I'm really disappointed. Been here a number of times now, but today was my last visit. I can tolerate the employee's cigarette smoke, but I don't appreciate being leered at like a hawk and barked at by "shane" when I barely touched an already *broken* pipe on clearance. I was actually pretty visibly pumped up to get it until that point =( I totally understand the need for such a rule, but you're really going to yell at your only customer? Why aren't they in the glass cases you have? Just really bummed me out and made me feel unwelcome. read more

First time in a tobacco store today. I was expecting some cranky old man to stare at me the whole time while I mindlessly chose some cigars. Instead, I was greeted by a very nice young woman who seemed to have a lot of knowledge on the subject on which we spoke. She was extremely helpful, especially since I am new to cigars.
