I know nothing about cigars, and Mr. Kindig took the time to explain a few things to me. He also helped suggest some cigars for the people I wanted to gift them to. Because my husband was performing next door that night, Mr. Kindig wanted to give me some cigars for free, but I told him that I'd like to pay the full price to support a small, local business. Both people I gifted the cigars to said that they were "very smooth" and "pleasant." Hearing that made me feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with this establishment.

Today I bring it in, because coil/tip keeps the majority of "wax" in in the coil area and not where it should and supposed to be....in my lungs. NOT happening. And apparently "this" is NOT considered a mechanical issue???? The coil part of item.....is part of the mechanics! Its THE PART. He was quick to wanna sell me something else to make first item I purchased, basically to work. This in my opinion, is called bullshit and thievery.

I have gone here several times and have had great service both times. The first time I went was for…read morecigars and was overwhelmed by the section in their walk in humidor. The owner walked in and asked me if I need and help and I explained I am fairly new at smoking cigars and he walked through the humidor with me explaining all about cigars and helped me pick out some cigars for beginner smokers. The owner also gave me a empty box to store my cigars and got me set up with a humidor pack to keep my cigars fresh. Second time I went was for beer they got a great selection of beer to choose from. The owners wife cashed me out and was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend going to Self Serve Beverage for all your beer and cigar needs!
