On my recent visit to planet smoothie, I ordered the peanut punch. Three simple ingredients blended to ensure a rich tasteful sensation, compounded with muscle building proteins. Is what I wish had occurred. A more precise breakdown of this lackluster smoothie is 60% ice , crushed into 10% peanut butter 20% protein ending with a lonely banana. I placed an online order for 5 smoothies and when I arrived at Planet smoothie I was greeted by Dani and Iago. They had the order all ready. I left one smoothie inside and took the 4 others to go put in my car and after I opened my door unfortunately 1 fell off throwing off the weight distribution and all 4 ended up falling. I felt so terrible not to mention all the mess on myself, my car, and the car next to me. As I took the broken smoothies in to simply throw away, Dani and Iago offered to remake them for me. I cannot say how much appreciate their commitment to great customer service. They went above and beyond especially when I was feeling quite embarrassed. Came in yesterday. Placed an online order early in morning 5mims before arriving and when I arrived there was no sense of urgency to make my smoothie. I kept looking at my watch; indicating time is of the essence, which he clearly didn't care about. The drink he made also was disgusting. I don't know if didn't know how to make it or not. But it was a collage of bold flavors that should not have been mixed together. I'm out side the store right now, and they're supposed to be open... but there're not. I tried to use a coupon and the manager said they don't accept coupons. I had to then take the rest of the coupon page to show that it was specifically for this location. The manager still made a fuss but ended up accepting the coupon. I pretty much always leave a tip of at least a dollar but in this case I did not. I think it's clear why. One star. read more

Came in during my break for a quick smoothie. Slow service and unfriendly. This location is in a small plaza that is popular with arriving and departing tourists, so getting a parking space and leaving can be a challenge. Today was an exception as it took me only a couple of minutes to find a space. Upon arrival the establishment wreaked of bleach. No greeting upon arrival and non existent sense of urgency. I work across the street from this location and visit a couple of times a month. I'm not one for much variety but I do like the acai flavored smoothies when I want something sweet and/or fruity. I typically order a planet pro smoothie which is a protein smoothie. The smoothie taste good and the customer service is excellent. One of the employees knows me by name and always remembers what I'm ordering even though I only visit a couple times a month. The only downfall is the pricing. I order the medium size and it costed me $8 last time I was there. I've had comparable smoothies for a couple of dollars less that taste just as good at other smoothie chains.
