We decided on a whim to try this place after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. It's in a small plaza and parking is limited. It probably doesn't help that one of the businesses in the plaza is Avis Rental and they have several cars in the parking lot. Luckily Arden has 2 designated spots right out front and we were able to snag one of them. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. The inside was clean and very organized. We told them it was our first visit and they walked us through the process. Step one is simple, pick the size 16oz/$5.50 or 24oz/$6.50. Then select your base: milk, water, apple, pineapple or multi-green. Lastly choose your fruit (up to 3; each additional fruit 80¢). There are also some "healthy extras" you can add for varying prices. I chose an apple base with blueberry, mango and strawberry. My husband chose mostly the same fruit (substituted raspberry for mango) and he had a mixed base of apple & pineapple at the recommendation of one of the employees. We both loved them. The cashier told us about their rewards program so we signed up and to our surprise we earned a treat with our first order of just two smoothies. We got the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie (plant based and palm sized). The customer service was great. We'll definitely return. read more

Fresh smoothies! Stopped by to get me a smoothie and check out there inventory of juices and detox. The service was friendly, fast and helpful. I chose the be happy smoothie that was loaded with fruits and veggies. I also purchased two wellness shots the firecracker shot is said to help with clearing your sinuses and i also got the immunity boost shot. They also have a nice selection of cold press juices and detox. I chose a lavender lemonade, super green detox and passion fruit turmeric cold press. Can't wait to try them. read more

Came out this way for some gas, decided to stop at this location instead of my normal one of Clairmont. Should have just gone to the one on Clairmont. Girl working there just had an attitude. More focused on her trig book than actually working. Felt rushed too. What really annoyed me the most is that I coughed a couple of times because it's cold outside and she stopped what she was doing to ask me if I was sick...then when I said no it's just allergies she looked at me like I was lying...girl bye. read more

Service is always friendly & suggestive. Parking is limited because AVIS rental has the entire plaza full of rental cars. I block their cars in if I have too! Nothing wont stop me from getting my "Happy Smoothie" which is my fav. I love the mushroom fajitas in the cold freezer as well as the raspberry seamoss cream treat. Mmm so satisfying along w/the BarBQ chic peas snacks. I love coming here for all my healthy treats. Pricey but anything healthy is pricey these days. read more

Been frequenting this place more often. I feel like I'm heather than I've been. The service is really good at this location and most of them I've been to. They are very helpful and enjoy what they do. I always get a pineapple apple base drink with peaches, bananas and the mixed nuts. I was feeling a little groggy this morning after a long night of drinking. After doing a 45 minutes cardio workout to try and sweat out all the sangria , i thought it'd be a great idea to introduce some fresh nutrients to my body. First time visiting. First impression is everything right?:). Well the cashier was mopping the floor on my arrival and he quickly greeted me w/smile and cautioned about the wet floor. He asked if I'd been there before and if I had tried their products. I told him I've tried the 2 Day Detox about a year ago and I really didn't like it :). I prefer smoothies so he suggested The Happy Smoothie. It is delicious! Pineapple, Papaya, Blueberries, Mango, Spinach. While I was waiting, I sampled the Kale Caesar salad . Oh my delicious! It's vegan so no meat :). 24 oz cost $7.49. It's not Smoothie King by far. Check them out you won't be disappointed. read more

I received terrible customer service from the Stone Mtn location. Emailed Arden's Garden twice and no response at all in 5 months!!! The staff member's name was Marijhama and is the reason, in addition to Arden's Gardens lack of concern, why I will not be going back to one of their stores ever! Please see email below sent on 09/25 and again on 09/30/2020. Also note that they never wash their hands. Wearing gloves does not completely stop germ transfer!! Good morning. I just walked out of your Stone Mtn Hwy location and feel it fit to write this complaint. I am a loyal customer of Arden's Gdn; both your Decatur location and this one. I usually get great customer service, but the lady working in there this morning was rude. I ordered my usual, the Bexorcist, and a 2 oz wheatgrass shot. At the end of the transaction, I went to pick up my drink and shot, but with the Covid protection screen in the way and the fact that the cup is slippery and I'm holding a straw and the wheatgrass bottle, my Bexorcist cup slipped and spilled 1/4 of the contents on the counter. Your staff member saw this and stood at the freezer looking at me while I got napkins and cleaned it all up. She did not say a word, and did not come over to come and help me. There were no other customers in the store. There was a guy who is a staff member at the far end of the counter doing book work. I was very upset about this lack of customer service, and wish I could stick my hand back in the jar and take out the $2 tip I had put in there before my mishap. However, I did not want them to think I was stealing their tips. I have never seen this staff member before, but she needs training in customer service, or to work the later shift when she might be more pleasant. read more

Amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is incredible. I didn't know that this location had a special folder of smoothie recipes that were curated specifically for this location (it's a literal folder)! I had the 24oz "Do The Right Thing" smoothie and it was amazzzzzing. As someone who doesn't like kale, this smoothie changed my mind. I also tried their vegan taco salad and it was so incredibly tasty. The prices are the standard Arden's Garden prices. The salad was ~$6.00 The restaurant was incredibly clean and the woman serving me was very thorough and made sure to clean up every step of the way. I would most definitely recommend this location and I would ESPECIALLY recommend the vegan taco salad! read more

I have visited this location twice now and have no complaints thus far. The first time I purchased an already bottled green juice from their refrigerator and was offered a yummy sample of a new smoothie. The employee there at the time was by himself but he was pleasant and thanked me for stopping by. The green juice was quite refreshing. On my second visit I ordered a smoothie with peaches, mango, papaya, energy boost enhancer and an apple juice base. I also ordered a ginger shot. Loved it! Walked into the business at 10:30 am, with 2 employees and a supervisor/manager present in the store. No one greeted me or the other customer that walked in behind me. I refuse to spend money at a business that isn't in the business of customer service. I will drive the extra mile to the other location in Lil Five Points, they're much more pleasant there. Staff at the Stone Mountain location is friendly, patient and takes care of customers. I have observed them with demanding customers and friendly customers. They are professional in all respects. Love this location, as it was the first of several healthier food stops opened in the Stone Mountain area that now boasts other vegan and vegan-friendly establishments nearby. if you want fresh fruit smoothies or juices with no syrupy shortcuts, Arden's Garden tops them all. Don't judge this location by a bad review based on a single snapshot of a fragile moment. All who serve from counters need grace for the journey like anyone else.
