I will not ever shop at this place again. Although it is close to my home, there are a couple of others nearby that I will try instead. I had bought an E Cigarette from this place that broke about a month after I bought it. I did not break it, believe me. It was intact when I had set it down on my table and when I went to use it the next day, it did not work. So I took it back to this shop and asked the owner/rep there to look at it. He did and said, Sorry, we have no guarantees. So I was out the $40.00 that I had paid for this electronic cigarette. He urged me to buy another one, but no, I am not going to buy another one and that one may break as well. So I am going to a different smoke shop, will not shop here again and did not appreciate the poor customer service that I experienced here. read more

There are a number of smoke shops on Glenoaks Blvd, Planet Tobacco however is the one I would recommend for you to go to for three main reasons. First, the wide selection on hookah, cigarette, and vape products. Anything you might be looking for they most probably have it. Second would be the price. Although most smoke shops on Glenoaks aren't too pricey, Planet Tobacco keeps their prices below their competition. The third and most important reason to come here is the store owner Serg. Serg is old school when it comes to customer service. He greets you, helps you out, and is always accommodating. Whenever he runs out of a particular e-juice I am looking for, he places an order for me and keeps it aside for me to pick the next time I come to the shop. I can't think of many store owners nowadays who still look out for their customers. Might I add that the Planet Tobacco on Broadway has nice shop as well, but Serg's prices are better. read more

I started buying pipe tobacco here in pouches as they had my brand. I then graduated to buying a tin. Unfortunately the tin was old and the tobacco quite stale. I complained about it, but nothing. I am moving to a different shop. read more
