In the same shop there is a coffee bar with coffee, pastries and cookies better than Starbucks! The atmosphere is inviting and employees are always down for a conversation about Charleston or the vaping industry, market and social world of it all. There's almost always people hanging out or using their two lounge areas to talk or work on their laptops. They also have free wifi! Along with a book exchange and display cases for local products made by local artists. Perfect environment to host a book club, chess games, tutoring sessions or even a dungeons and dragons campaign.

I was looking for the glass piece of the kanger I have and they were the only store of 5 i checked at that carried any kanger parts. They had a glass piece for the older model, which was close but not helpful. They said they were phasing out no kanger as a whole, and that kanger seemed to be phasing them selves out. As a customer of their products, i think that there is some truth to that, or at least good reasons for the perception. I will say that both clerks I worked with were nice people, and helpful. I do think it would be nice if they marked their products with prices, as i could have done some better window shopping while i waited. The SMOK piece i wound up buying may be the beginning of my change to a new brand. No problems with this store. Might be a good first stop for anyone in the area. I'm just a visitor and can't comment on the price of their juice but they did have a solid wall of products.

I stopped by West Ash Cigars this week after talking to Steve on the phone. When I asked if he…read moresmoked a pipe, he said yes -- and told me to come by while he was there since he knows the most about pipes. I'm glad I did. Steve went above and beyond. He took the time to sit down with me and walk through different types of pipe tobacco, blends, leafs, and cuts. Then we got into pipes themselves -- I brought one of mine, and he helped me discover it's an English pipe from the mid-70s made by Comoy, called the Everyday Man Pipe (Canadian shape, model 299). Turns out I've been sitting on a little treasure! I ended up picking up a few different tobaccos, and I'll definitely be back. The shop has a great selection, and the vibe is just as good -- while I was there, they greeted everyone who walked through the door by name. I also met Daryl, another great guy who clearly loves what he does. Fantastic local business, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and easily the best spot in the Charleston area for pipes and pipe tobacco. Support local -- you won't regret it.
