The atmosphere is inviting and employees are always down for a conversation about Charleston or the vaping industry, market and social world of it all. There's almost always people hanging out or using their two lounge areas to talk or work on their laptops. They also have free wifi! Along with a book exchange and display cases for local products made by local artists. I was looking for the glass piece of the kanger I have and they were the only store of 5 i checked at that carried any kanger parts. They had a glass piece for the older model, which was close but not helpful. They said they were phasing out no kanger as a whole, and that kanger seemed to be phasing them selves out. As a customer of their products, i think that there is some truth to that, or at least good reasons for the perception. I will say that both clerks I worked with were nice people, and helpful. I do think it would be nice if they marked their products with prices, as i could have done some better window shopping while i waited. The SMOK piece i wound up buying may be the beginning of my change to a new brand. No problems with this store. Might be a good first stop for anyone in the area. I'm just a visitor and can't comment on the price of their juice but they did have a solid wall of products.

He's super sweet and helpful and has a handsome face which is good for customers to see when they first walk in. Because they have a pretty good variety. However, if you're part of their five stars program, take note that if you get a reward, they're only honored IF you spend a certain amount of money. For example, on your app it will say you were rewarded $5 on a non tobacco item and that's all it says. When you go to check out they will tell you that you have to spend $30 to get your reward... it should say that on the app then. Sounds like a rule a money hungry boss would make. Not cool!
