Doctor Klein is awesome. He's always super patient and kind and answers all of my questions. He never makes me feel anxious or talked down to. The rest of his staff are amazing too. The nurse Leigh is super friendly and also answers all questions with kindness and patience. With such an awful fear of doctors, I'm so glad I found such an amazing place for prenatal care. It's nice to feel totally comfortable going to a doctor's office (for probably the first time ever). I highly recommend this place. They answer all phone calls and return calls promptly. She is very good at what she does and truly cares, I trust her with my life (you really have to with c-sections!). She has made me so much more comfortable around medical professionals in general (used to be really uncomfortable around doctors and hospitals). She gives you all of the time you need and never makes you feel rushed, she makes you feel like your the only patient she is thinking of at that time. Being that the ER department at the UMass Campus wasn't able to treat my disabled sister with…read morespecial needs who had a life threatening issue, she was transferred to the Belmont St hospital. I must add that the coordination couldn't have gone better. They arranged a bed for her in the CCU and the Dr who would be doing her surgery spent time with me over the phone explaining what needed to be done & how it will work. From the time we boarded the ambulance to the recovery room I highly doubt it could have gone any smoother. She came out of the surgery, then recovery, and was immediately taken to the CCU. The poor sweetheart had lines upon lines, oxygen, etc. And when she woke, clearly upset. The nurse ( Karen) that is assigned to her has been so very kind, compassionate, and highly skilled. All the other caretakers have been wonderful. It's been 3 days and she's still in the CCU. But she's doing quite well, healing nicely with the excellent care she is getting. What started out as a frightening experience turned out to be a very positive one & I can't thank them enough.

Alexander was very dismissive when we let him know that we were upset for waiting nine hours for a 10 second conversation. literally waited 2 1/2 hours for him to come down and say you're all set. This is something he could've said to the registered nurse and she could've told us 2 1/2 hours previously. There is a huge amount of time, wasted on basically lack of communication . when we were ready to check out at 4 AM, the nurse that we were trying to get to check us out said she had other priorities and to be honest it seemed like she was creating things to do so she didn't have to take care of us right away. Her name tag was also conveniently flipped as she was giving us a very slightly snarky attitude. I understand an emergency room is an emergency room as we were reminded multiple times basically to tell us we shouldn't feel the way that we do. But at the end of the day you're still charging insurance and co-pays so you're still making money. There should still be some sort of customer service. in any situation, if given a choice. Doctors are efficient, I'm never waiting long. Sometimes it's hard to schedule with your doctor so you end up seeing other doctors but that's actually okay since it may not be your doctor that delivers your baby. I've met with four doctors there, Dr. Chang was wonderful, as well as Dr. Wilson and Dr. Conolan. I struggled with Dr. Davidow as I felt like he talked to my husband vs. talking to me (the pregnant patient). I do wish they discussed more pregnancy related topics like nutrition, weight gain and breastfeeding or even provided materials on those important topics. I've had to bring up my weight gain at visits before it was discussed and breastfeeding was never discussed beyond "are you formula feeding or breastfeeding?" The ultrasound techs are fantastic!

They sent my bills to an incorrect address- one I had never lived at. They refused me an appointment because they said I was delinquent- when in reality I had never received a bill. Their office staff is another issue all together. They are rude, bland, and seem like they hate their jobs. Except for one that works at the Worcester Medical Center office. She is always nice and friendly and deserves credit for being so! I recommend going elsewhere.
