They work together as a team, which is something you don't see very often. I have been going there for quite a while, and everyone there, at one point or another, has gone above and beyond to help me. Vicky, Dr. Goldman's assistant, is marvelous. She is always so pleasant and personable. Recently, I discovered that it was she who took it upon herself to write what must have been a master crafted PA in order to obtain Lidoderm Patches for me. I have been trying to obtain them via insurance for over a year. Three doctors have tried, as well. These patches are the one thing that cures my pain. I had resorted to buying them from Canada for close to $200. One day, I got a letter in the mail stating my appeal had been approved. Now, a month's supply is under $5. Dr. Goldman is a stellar doctor, who takes time to listen and offer knowledgeable, compassionate feedback. I've never felt rushed out his office. He's sincerely concerned and has been there for me during recent health crises, which I will never forget. He's also funny, witty and sharp. His calming demeanor has made me feel at ease. I don't normally call health providers, but have called Dr. Goldman. I feel comfortable with him, and know he's not going to balk at my concern(s). He really wants to help, and it shows. Excellent staff; I just can't say enough good things about you. Thanks!

Dr Goldman is patient, curtious and knowledgable. I never feel like they are rushing through my apts (I've also seen one of the PAs here). Been here for both annual exams and sick visits and have been happy with the outcome The office runs pretty much on time. The front desk is nice. On site phlebotomy a plus. Exam rooms are either freezing or over-heated. Way to go NWPC!

She didn't deliver my son, she didn't check on me after I had him until the day we got to leave the hospital! She did not detect that I was a high risk pregnancy(even though I told her ALL of my symptoms) and then I find out the hard way that I have preeclampsia (which can be detected in my urine) which leads to all sorts of complications and possible very serious birth defects. Then, when I get to the hospital having insane contractions, I have all these "students" Doogie Howser wannabe doctors (that I don't remember giving the okay to being there) and they kept asking me the same questions over and over again!!! My name, address, if I had a history of this and that over and over again while I was in excruciating pain and could barely talk!!! The nurse that help deliver my son was awesome and some of the others but the nurse I had to deal with the most was the worst! She was very rude and scolded me about how I was breastfeeding and not doing it right!!! Well maybe she should do her job right? Like, maybe when you act on top of the world and you're checking my sons and I vitals 50 times a day, you might've noticed while he was sleeping he had low oxygen levels?!?! Maybe then when I made plans to go home after 4 days of being there with her stank ass...I would've been able to take my son home! Because she wasn't doing her job(in my opinion) we don't know he had to be put into the baby NICU!!!!!!! (On our take home day) My son is big and healthy NOW but has to have an eye surgery (maybe caused by the preeclampsia) but there is no proof. My symptoms were so bad I could barely stand up or walk during pregnancy and was forced to have a c-section(because he was breech) then my c-section scar felt Infected so I called the hospital and told them how sore and infected it looked and they had me send pics instead of come in! They acted like it was all normal until it started oozing!!! Yea, pretty gross I know. Hurt like crazy took forever to heal and I couldn't even wear pants without pain. Besides my handsome, perfect, smart and adorable son being born...was hands down the worst experience of my life!!! Should've stayed at South Shore hospital like everybody told me and stayed with my original OB at crown colony in Quincy! For, a big thing like child birth...you sort of want doctors that know what they're doing. Or better yet...even show up?! ‍‍‍

I called for an appt since one of my girl has been sick for a few days. With the cold weather her asthma has kicked in and I was able to get in later in the day. Calling and scheduling is always easy for making a regular physical, same day, or flu shot appointment. They have a web client portal so you can receive and send messages and notifications through it. Dr. Crawford takes her time and has gotten to know my daughter and over time has gained her trust. She always speaks the truth and doesn't sugar coat things but also talks about important items in a very gentle and compassionate way. The one think I have always hated is when a medical provider (nurse/doctor/LNP) tells my kids that "its not going to hurt". Don't lie to them or to me. If its going to hurt tell them why, where and how much and how to manage the pain and how long will it last. Doesn't everyone want to know the truth straight up? Well Dr. Crawford does and in such a polite, helpful, empathetic way with facts that make sense and are in common every day words. When we first started going my daughter would be hyperventilating, shaking, crying and some times ready to jumped off the table. She still gets nervous but has gotten so much better because of how she is treated and cared for. The staff is wonderful, billing goes well with the office and insurance and if you have ever had issues you can appreciate this. I would highly recommend the office and especially Dr. Crawford. Her medical direction, advise, and care have been wonderful.

The new patient registration was surprisingly fast and painless. I did have to wait a short while, but that's to be expected from pretty much any doctor you see. When I was finally ushered into the exam room, I could feel my heart pounding and my pulse start racing. Of course it was just the nerves of being in the doctor's office - no one likes having to go to the doctor. Am I right? After only a few minutes in the exam room, I met Dr. Singh. Right away, I knew this would work out. She was very cheerful and down to earth. I could feel my anxiety going down and my pulse got back to normal. We chatted and I felt like I could talk to Dr. Singh like "one of the girls" rather than doctor/patient. What I like about her too is when she explains to you what's going on with your body, she really takes the time to explain it so that you, the patient, understands. She's able to be on your level. That should be what everyone wants from their doctor. The staff is nice and the facilities are clean. And while I think they're all great there, I do hope not to have to visit them very often. I'm sure my insurance company feels the same way.

Only complaint is that their receptionist does not answer the phone....EVER. You have to call and leave a message and wait for them to call you back.
