I have pictures and videos of the staff being extremely rude to their patients all they do is sit in front and talk amongst themselves I have an appointment at 8 and I am still here going on 10am ... this location disappoints me ! The care they provide is poor ! They are RUDE and they act like you are bothering them ! I have videos and pictures showing the staff do such and I will post them ! Listen location needs better staff and people who care these workers don't even care and then they are arguing with the patients ! The first couple of times that I have come at this clinic , they take their time to ask you questions and actually listen to what you have to say in case we have questions that we may never understand fully but that's okay :) the ladies here are very nice , I know they do their best to keep us feel completely safe in case us (women) don't know who to go for support :). This place is horrible. They don't care about appointment times at ALLLL!!!!!. I had an appointment at 1 why did I get seen at 2:30?. This planned parenthood has the rudest employees EVER. They don't care about patients and have snobby attitudes. And disregard your needs. I advocated for myself and they did not listen. They have NO time management what so ever. There is also no parking at all. I ended up going to a personal gynecologist because they did not help at all. this place is terrible at honoring appointment times. appointment at 9:55 there is no way I should still be waiting to be seen at 11:15 but I guess that's the price that you pay being where it's located. If I could've give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst Planned Parenthood. The customer service is awful, the receptionists are not only rude but super loud and have 0 awareness of PRIVACY. When a person that was with a patient asked to borrow a restroom they were rudely denied and told to walk to the McDonald's?? they are very dishonest about the timing, they will tell you 20 mins but will have you waiting 45! Just save yourself the time and go to another planned parenthood clinic. read more

This is my first time coming to this Planned Parenthood. The nurses are really nice and the doctor answered my questions regarding birth control options with more than I expected. They also gave me a little present . This place is really big, so I did wait about 1 1/2 after my appointment, but it was fine they have their patients following rules and it doesn't stink or anything. Very good experience. read more

I've been to this location before and the experiences were OK. Today however, 6/18/24, the experience was awful. The receptionist were very rude and dismissive. I should have gotten their names. I'm calling to file another complaint either way though. I was 10 mins late to my appt and was told I couldn't be accommodated. However, they accepted a walk in of someone with NO APPT who was trying to get an IUD removed. Why couldn't my appointment be honored if that's the case? It seemed that rules were being made as they went. No walk ins after 3, yet someone with NO APPT comes in after 3 and is able to be seen. Unprofessional location... read more

In my opinion I've had at this location it's been pretty stright forward and quick compared to other locations I don't feel judged or anything i like coming here this lady terry who educated me in my period cycles she was the only one in my whole life of being at the doctors that took the time and effort to teach me something about my body to prevent pregnancy i appreciated her bc something so small made such a difference in my experience that I was shocked who ever hired her made the right choice and highly recommend nurses doing things like that that make such a difference the five stars are for terry im sorry if I spelt ur name wrong read more

I had a pleasant experience everyone was really nice except this one lady who was very rude & passive aggressive. The nurses were very helpful but this one nurse that has glasses was very rude. She wasn't even the nurse that helped me. I was under medication and sitting. The nurse that helped me told me it's okay, theirs no rush. I was in pain and just relaxing. This rude passive aggressive Hispanic female nurse comes in and says she's not getting dress, the nurse that was there said it was okay, the lady comes in and snatched my wrist band off of me and pulls down the chair. She shouldn't be a nurse. She is rude & disrespectful. I hugged the nurse that helped me and told her how much of a good nurse she was because that nurse was so rude & disrespectful. She also just barged in while i was in the exam room, she violated so many different protocols with her behavior. I wish I could've got her name because she basically assaulted me when she snatched my wristband off of me. I was under medication & was sitting trying to make sure it fully wore off and I told her I'm relaxing i just had an operation in a polite manner. She made a really mean face and pulled the chair down then snatched my wristband. I left it alone because was under medication and I didn't feel going through confrontation so I ignored but now that I look back. I should've collected her name & the really nice nurse that helped me & hugged me when I left. read more

I had no problem at all going in here , the staff was really friendly and they show interest. So if you had issues before maybe its because it was crowded or you were frustrated about parking coz it can be a pain in the neck sometimes. I came here on wednesday around 1050am and lots of parking on the street just remember to read the signs. And dont park on bank of America lot you will get TOWED as the sign going to parenthood states. I was attended fast coz we were only like 3 of us waiting. Words can't even fully describe what an amazing experience I had during my visit , everything from the front desk to the nurses who helped me was SO pleasant. Everyone was so patient, caring and friendly. This location had little wait times , was clean and just an overall friendly and happy atmosphere from the staff . A big shout out to nurses Suzanne and Barbara U, they really made this experience calming for me and were so kind and informative, I was anxious with a million questions and they were literal angels. When I was unemployed post-graduation without health insurance and wanted to be safe rather than sorry (for the record, the verdict is safe :P ) I took a trip to the Dorothy Hecht Center. Good things: So fresh and so clean. Bad things: A 3-hour wait. With an appointment. Once you are summoned from the main waiting room, you are summoned into a smaller waiting room to wait some more. Disturbing things: They played cartoons non-stop. Possibly for all the teen/pre-teens in there waiting for free/low-cost birth control, testing, etc. At least I got to catch up on my Dragonball-z and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle episodes. A surprisingly professional setup given the location and unassuming exterior. Don't park in the bank parking lot across the street or you will get towed. Play safe kids... read more

I had first came here about 8 years ago to have an IUD inserted. I still remember that first visit being quick and pleasant. I was given a muscle relaxer to make insertion less painful and at no cost to me as I was fresh out of high school with no income. My second visit to replace my IUD, however, was very different. The doctor (a black woman, no less) was very rude and apathetic. I was given zero painkillers and the process was so painful I nearly fainted. Thank God for the nurse/medical assistant who was also present that stayed with me and made sure I was okay. I'm glad to be in a place where I don't need to go to Planned Parenthood anymore but my heart goes out to anyone else who had to deal with that doctor. It took me 9 hours at planned parenthood for everything to be finish that day. Said my appointment was at 6:00. Didn't get seen until 8:50 then waited another 4 hours. Max they said would be from 4 to 6 hrs wait. But turned into me being in there for 9 hrs. Never coming back to this location again. read more

She made me Feel so comfortable and was nonjudgmental. Adriana is such a professional person, great customer service, passionate about her job has a lot of knowledge and gave valuable advices. I had my 1st visit here and it was ok...took really long(2.5 hours) They said it was because it was my first visit . They signed me up for temporary medical that was good till the end of September. The Physicians Assistant was very informative and nice. They made an appointment for me for 4 weeks later that's when they let their true colors showed...when I returned for my second appointment the medical assistants were extremely rude and somewhat heartless. They told me that the temporary medical they gave me was not active even though it showed it should be active till end of September. I pushed the issue that I had driven 2 hours that I needed to be seen due to my condition so I was willing to pay. The supervisor Grace E. refused to allow me to pay stating "they only accept medical payments". So there it is they turned away a high risk pregnant person because they weren't getting and insurance payment out of it. This place is garbage no if ands or buts about it...go anywhere else if you can! read more

I was sketchy about this place when I pulled up but only have one negative thing to say parking is terrrrible but thank god I got lucky and got one in the front.... schedule your appointment in the morning you'll get out quicker T R U S T..... mine was 6:30 but anywho the people were awesome and nice and funny lol made my time go by quick and talked to me freely ! Never not once got a side eye or judgments (: I wish I knew the four people I spoke with but anyways I didn't have to wait long at all I got in started paperwork and boom I was in ! Your going to be there for about four hours tops.... ask them anything and they answer it for you with no hesitation .....my doctor did an excellent job and I didn't feel a thing and felt great walking out ! read more
