The nurse I got was very nonchalant with us but would switch up his attitude with his coworker. I just thought he probably had a long shift. It only get three stars from a two from 15 years ago. For my first time, I couldn't find a parking space nearby so that I had to park far way and walked to the building. I missed about 10 minutes for my physical exam appt. The front desk told me that, if my visit was for physical exam, I had to reschedule; if my visit was for any medical issues, the doctor could see me immediately. OK, that was my fault, I just rescheduled my appointment. (2) You need to sign a form which states the difference between the physical exam visit and regular visit for medical issues. It says that, if you have any medical issues during your physical exam visit, you may get charged for both physical exam visit and regular visit. I NEVER see such a form at other doctor office. I was basically healthy during that physical exam visit. I felt very uncomfortable to sign this form. Because of this form, I was afraid of discussing my minor medical issues with the doctor. I will not go to the office again.

Appointments are punctual, and communication is always clear. Dr. Dowlatshahi brings a calm confidence to every appointment, taking the time to explain complex information in a way that's easy to understand. There is constantly a wait time, even when they aren't busy. I have waited 1.5-2 hours multiple times when it should have been less than half that wait time. Many times there doctors leave early or cancel and instead of telling you that at the counter they tell you when they call your name which is infuriating. Then you have to reschedule which is usually over a month out. It's always something at this location and throughout BACH. There's rarely a smooth appointment and it's always a waste of time. Go somewhere else if you can.
