Amazing customer service and great selection! They have clothing for UT, OU, Tech, Baylor, Arkansas, TCU, Mavs, Stars, Rangers and the Cowboys. I always end up not only getting what I came in for but also buying birthday and Christmas gifts for the rest of my family. And they even have really cute gift bags with teams logos on them! Also, fitting rooms are available to try on those awesome team items. And should you need to return an item I have found the process to be quick and simple. The store staff was eager to help when I needed help. I asked one lady working if she could leaned a hand getting an item down from the upper rack, before I knew it there was another employee that asked for help. Manager said he couldn't provide boxes to a paying customer but the sweet young lady ignored the manager and realized paying customers are worth a lot more than the box is worth, so she threw in the box to go along with the expensive items. They have a great selection of items! That's not really helpful thougif you're standing outside at 9:10am because they don't open on time. I know it sucks being up early on a Saturday morning but the website says 9am. Nothing on the west door saying otherwise. Just a few hiring signs. ------------ That generic reply was pretty pointless lol. You took no accountability for your staff not being there/not opening on time. It's not difficult to place a placard with your hours on the door, have Corp IT correct the store hours if they are wrong on the website, then make sure your employees know that aside from emergencies-they are to be at work as expected. read more

Do not buy from Rally House!!! These guys can handle the simplest of customer service needs. My son received a T shirt, Sweat Shirt, and ball cap for the college he'll be attending next year as a graduation gift. He liked everything but the hat... I was simply wanting to exchange it for another color. We're in Austin where they do not have a location. We tried using there online return system but it was not working... we then tried calling them to return the item but the person was not able to help us... the only way to do it is use the online system that doesn't work. This is crazy because I would have purchased many more items over the next 4 years for my son and family. Never again will I use Rally House!!! I ended up keeping the hat and I'm going to give it away... was not able to return it (brand new still with the tags and just a couple weeks after I received it) read more

The only reason this gets a 3 star instead on 1 is because of the selection. So many great things all across the board. That being said, worst possible customer service. I've been by to this location 4 time and I've never been helped out or greeted. Anytime I need something or have a question I get an eye roll or the feeling I'm being a burden. The staff will even look at me while I'm looking and never ask if they could help me find anything or if I'm doing ok. I'm actually starting to think this is a corporate thing. This is the 4th rally house I've been to and all but 1 had me leaving like I was not a valued customer. The best store is on Greenville ave. in Dallas. Amazing service! I ended up buying more than I needed because they showed me stuff that I loved, but didn't know I could find something like it. It's sad that I would be willing to drive almost 40 min rather than 10 to get good service. I'm probably going to start ordering online because I do like the products. read more

RUDE! Poor customer service from both managers and staff. Belittle customers. Managers that are unable to do math. Bought an item, bad return policy so I exchanged for higher price item. That did not work for my granddaughter so I took it back and manager refused to give me full credit, didnot understand that my payment consisted of a credit for the exchange and difference I paid for the higher priced item. This is hard review to write. My boys and I came in looking for Father's day gift. We were hoping since this is a baseball memorable store we would find all teams. They only carry items for local teams which "YAY" is good for Dallas Pride, but bad that the boys were looking for Cubs stuff. read more

I just left the store. I was looking for other colleges, I knew the selection would be small so I had a back up plan. The selection is outstanding so choices of items for our locale was good. I am basing my one star due to the non customer service. I was not acknowledged upon entering the store, nor was I asked if I needed help. It was not an experience I would like to repeat. Fantastic selection of all local major sporting teams including the colleges! Keep in mind this selection varies a bit depending which sport is playing, but even in the dead of our winter, there is a great selection of Ranger gear. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the products sold as well as those on sale. This store has sales too if you sign up for the email notifications. Great store in a great location. read more

Told me they were sold out of the item I was looking for well there was probably about 10 of them in front of me in various sizes. You dont wanna work or act like a punk then dont work retail.
