Well, it's now been well over a month since this happened. The owner refuses to return our calls, has not fixed either the osmosis filter or the code issue. I would highly recommend avoiding this company as they do not stand behind their products nor should they be installing plumbing if they don't understand building codes. The owner said outright that they don't know how to do it. We now have to fight them through our credit card company or if worse comes to worse we will seek legal action.

We did the typical googling and found many places that offered water testing. The lady in the office I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helped me set up an appointment. I adored the fact we had the owners son come to our home. He was such a delight. He preformed the water test and was ever so patient with all my questions thoroughly taking his time to answer them. Once we had a few quotes from other companies I saw that they had the best options. The installer came out and what a sweetheart made sure to put tarps and booties on as I just got new flooring. My husband enjoyed being walked through the equipment and how to work. The fact that for half of what other companies charged I was able to obtain all of our equipment with installation. I also got lifetime guarentee on parts including the electrical. I was thoroughly satisfied with all the work they did and the careful consideration they had for my home as well. They left my house without explanation as to why the showers won't turn on, and they insisted that they did not break the tankless water heater. I had to call another company to come out tomorrow to repair my tankless water heater and figure out how to get my 3 showers to turn back on. I've been a customer for 21 years. I'm astonished how bad this turned out. Please think twice before using this company.
