I adored the fact we had the owners son come to our home. He was such a delight. He preformed the water test and was ever so patient with all my questions thoroughly taking his time to answer them. Once we had a few quotes from other companies I saw that they had the best options. The installer came out and what a sweetheart made sure to put tarps and booties on as I just got new flooring. My husband enjoyed being walked through the equipment and how to work. The fact that for half of what other companies charged I was able to obtain all of our equipment with installation. Their water coolers have a filter and can be connected to your fountain, dispensing with the need for big ugly plastic containers delivered every week or so.
